Every GWD event we ask what the impact will be in your city or town here is what our friends in Lavin, Switzerland 2021 had to say: “Our intention is to have people feel the beauty and power their hometown river, to renew and deepen their connection to the rivers and waters that surround them. Our goal is to have them a real encounter with the water, as our project is called ‘Ritschas da l’aua’, which means ghosts of water. The ‘Ritschas’ will come alive and remind them of the liveliniss of water.”
