Café Imagine wishes everyone a happy Mid-Autumn Festival filled with love and solicitude🌕!

24/09/2026

This Mid-Autumn Festival🌕, Café Imagine has partnered with the VTC Shine, St. James‘ Settlement and their students to create our very first mooncakes🥮 to gift to those in need. By supporting one another and sharing love, we felt the powerful impact of caring for others.

Café Imagine will go on working hard, spreading our glow🌟 to more corners of society.

Siu Mei👧🏻 and her companions make🪡 Café Imagine’s mooncake bags by hand in the workshop. Their pace may be a little slower, and it can take longer to prepare each bag, but in every fold, every adjustment, and every seal, they bring their full focus and dedication.

Thanks to diverse education, every step Siu Mei and her companions take is part of their journey. Some of the mooncake bags may not be perfectly symmetrical but they end up feeling even more meaningful and precious.

In the workshop, Siu Kwong pressed and folded the dough with steady focus. His hands moved slowly, yet his eyes held unwavering resolve.

Through diverse education, Siu Kwong and his peers take ten times longer to master mooncake-making. The shapes may not always be perfectly round, the crust not always perfectly flat—but every step is made with total sincerity.

As the aroma filled the air, golden, plump mooncakes emerged from the oven🥮—hands once seen as “imperfect” had baked the most complete and sweetest flavors in the world.

This Mid-Autumn Festival, let’s shine a light on this gentle glow🌟, so every bite of sweetness brings more hearts together.
