多謝各位出席我們第一次舉辦的燒賣班，由於反應熱烈，因此我們決定繼續舉辦多一次活動。

活動由曾經歷無家的街坊擔任點心導師，參加者不僅能自己親手學習做燒賣，更重要的是，透過活動了解到街上的朋友和你我一樣，都是值得尊重與關心的人。

夏天同時是募款最緩慢的季節，但街頭需求依然迫切。我們誠邀您支持捐款或物資捐贈，如旅行裝洗護用品、防蚊用品、雨傘、便攜風扇，都能讓無家朋友渡過炎夏。

我們的前線團隊每天外展，29社區中心每星期7天開放。我們需要持續的支持才能提供持續服務。一次性捐款讓我們即時援助，而每月捐款則助我們長遠規劃。

For many, summer means sunshine and holidays. ☀️
For those experiencing homelessness, summer is not to easy. 🥵

Extreme heat. Sudden rainstorms. Typhoons. No cool refuge. No dry space. No way to protect your belongings.

Summer is also one of the slowest fundraising periods, but the need never slows. We’re seeking one‑off donations and in‑kind gifts such as travel‑size toiletries, mosquito repellent, umbrellas, and portable fans to help our friends stay cool and dry.

Our staff are on outreach every day, and Community Centre 29 is open seven days a week. We need consistent support to provide consistent services.

For the price of a few coffees, your support brings shade and relief to people in need. Please consider setting up a monthly donation and help us Beat the Heat. Kindness is the coolest thing we can wear this summer. 😎

煥然一新的運動賽! ⚽

那天晚上，一班同路人與我們齊聚在剛完成升級的運動及健康中心，一邊體驗全新的空間，一邊全情投入觀看世界盃決賽。全場氣氛隨著球賽起伏，大家也趁著這難得相聚的時光交流近況。

大家一路互相陪伴、跟著賽事奮鬥到清晨。賽事結束、大家準備散場之際，不知誰先開了口，大家半開玩笑地伸出小指，鄭重地勾手指約定：「四年後的世界盃，不論到時大家身在何方、生活如何，我們都要再聚一次！」 🤝

時間在走，這班同路人或許會邁向各自的人生方向，甚至散落在不同角落，但這份共同經歷的陪伴，永遠都在。我們看的，不只是一場球賽，更是一段象徵著我們彼此扶持、一同前行的珍貴回憶。

Our Sports & Health Centre has been refreshed with a newly arranged space, giving our friends an even better environment to stay fit, healthy and connected.

To celebrate, we hosted the World Cup Final as the very first event in our updated setting and what a night it was! The room pulsed with excitement, every cheer rising and falling with the rhythm of the match.

As the final whistle echoed, laughter lingered in the air. With heartfelt sincerity, our friends made a promise: “Four years from now, wherever life takes us, we’ll gather here again for the next game!” 🤝

Though life may lead us down different paths, the bond we share remains. What we witnessed was more than a football tournament, it was friendship in motion, a memory to carry with us wherever we go.

傳統製作的樂趣!

早前我們在長洲太平清醮後，連同一班街坊一同遠赴長洲，親手製作傳統平安包。

今次活動除了得到一班熱心義工資助一半經費外，他們更親身同行，與街坊一起圍在麵團旁揉製、包餡成型，最後蓋上帶有「平安」字樣的紅色印章。整個過程中，大家都一同化身為造包師傅，自然投入、彼此配合，從中凝聚共識，也建立了默契。🤝

製作完成後，義工隨隊回到 29 中心，為未能參與活動的街坊派發平安包，把寓意「平安健康」的祝福親手送到他們手中。這份平安包承載的不只是傳統，更是社區裡最真摯的關懷。❤️

𝑴𝒂𝒌𝒆 𝒂 𝒃𝒖𝒏, 𝒉𝒂𝒗𝒆 𝒔𝒐𝒎𝒆 𝒇𝒖𝒏!

We travelled to Cheung Chau earlier on for traditional Ping On Bun‑making. This activity was half-funded by a caring group of volunteers who also joined us for the trip.

They sat side by side with our service users, helping one another as they kneaded the dough, filled and shaped the buns, and stamped each with a red seal bearing the Chinese word “Peace.” 🤝

The freshly made Ping On Buns were then brought back to our 29 Community Centre and shared with service users who couldn’t join the trip. Carrying heartfelt wishes of peace and good health, these buns represent not only tradition but also the genuine care within our community. ❤️

很多人問，為甚麼我們的運動及健康中心興趣班如此多種類，不只是運動，有時還會有陶瓷班、書法班，甚至是非洲鼓班？

其實答案很簡單。我們相信身體的力量是從「心」開始的。當心安定了，生活才會慢慢好起來。

🎨在陶瓷班裡，大家靜靜地捏著泥土，專注在手上的形狀，像是一種沉澱。

🖌️到了書法班，有人笑說手抖，但在一筆一劃之間，大家也慢慢找回了呼吸的節奏。

🥁而在非洲鼓班，鼓聲響起時，是最放鬆的時刻。街坊們用節拍釋放壓力，重新和身邊的人連結。

我們相信真正的健康是全方位的支持。在這裡，你不必急著變強，只需要在陪伴中慢慢找回節奏。

Many people ask: “Why does our Sports and Health Centre offer pottery, calligraphy, and even West African drumming, instead of only exercise classes?”

The answer is simple: we believe that strength begins with the heart. When the mind feels settled, life slowly finds its rhythm again.

🎨 In the pottery class, everyone quietly shaped clay, focusing on the forms in their hands, creating a grounded sense of calm.
🖋️ In the calligraphy class, some laughed about shaky hands, but each stroke helped them rediscover the rhythm of their breath.

🥁In the drumming class, the beat brought the most relaxed moments. Friends released stress through rhythm and reconnected with those around them.

We believe true health is about all‑round support. Here, there is no rush to “be strong.”

Instead, there is space to move at your own pace, together with a community that walks alongside you. 💛

我們希望透過恆常的實用訓練，讓街坊們不僅能掌握一技之長，日後更能充滿自信地化身為「點心導師」，親自教導大家製作美味點心！🧑‍🍳👨‍🍳

「點心導師」們正在受訓中，大家敬請期待街坊們未來的蛻變，一起見證街坊發掘潛能、持續成長的每一步。✨

Our Employment Team organised the “Dim Sum Master Class,” where we learned new skills together with our friends! 😋

This programme was designed with a strong career focus, supporting participants in mastering practical skills in traditional dim sum making. During the sessions, everyone learned to make the Hong Kong classic ‘Siu Mai’. From preparing the wrappers to mixing the fillings, each step was handled with care and concentration, as participants steadily worked towards a professional standard. 💪

Through ongoing hands-on training, we hope our friends can acquire valuable skills and grow in confidence to eventually become “Dim Sum Instructors,” sharing their knowledge and teaching others to create delicious dim sum. 🧑‍🍳👨‍🍳

早前，我們個案工作組與一班服務使用者深入了解龍鬚糖的製作過程；原來除了用心和個人努力之外，還需要多番嘗試、眾人的力量配合，才能拉出幼細如髮絲般的糖絲。

想不到，原來非物質文化遺產的文化承傳，本身也蘊含著堅持嘗試及互相扶持的精神。💖

Recently at ImpactHK, our community gathered to learn the traditional art of Dragon Beard Candy making - a heritage craft that takes patience, rhythm, and persistence.

Hand-pulled thousands of times into fine silk-like strands, this delicate sweet is a reminder that meaningful things are built slowly and with care.💖

Around the table, there was laughter, focus, and quiet encouragement - a simple but powerful moment of mutual support and shared effort.

✨同路舍的《家共生 – 女性無家者特別照護及共居試驗計劃》榮獲香港十大優質社會服務計劃！🎉

這個計劃回應了本港女性無家者服務不足的現況，特別聚焦心理與精神健康需要。以「人本」與「全人復元」理念，結合個案輔導、小組治療、體驗活動及共居安排，建立支持性的社區。對中度至嚴重個案，更提供具家庭感的共居環境，透過「生活即治療」，建立安全感、歸屬感與互助力量。🏠✨

過去三年的實踐證明，即使沒有傳統的管理模式，女性仍能在社區中安全、有尊嚴地生活。❤️ 就如項目總監吳兆康分享：

「這個獎項印證了社會仍然相信弱勢社群的能力與價值。『家共生』源於對制度的反思與對服務對象的深切信任，回應女性無家者服務的缺口，特別是深層的孤獨與精神健康需要，並強調住戶是『家人』而非『病人』。我們會在專業與審慎評估下，持續推動服務創新，為無家者及弱勢社群帶來有尊嚴、具持續性的改變。」💪🏻

✨ ImpactHK’s Home Again - Women’s Homelessness Intensive Care and Co-Living Pilot Project has been recognized as one of Hong Kong’s Top Ten Social Service Programmes!🎉

This project fills a huge gap in services for women experiencing homelessness, especially around mental health. With a person‑centered approach, it brings together counseling, group therapy, experiential activities, and co‑living to build a supportive community. For women with greater needs, it offers a family‑like home where living itself becomes healing- creating safety, belonging, and mutual support. 🏠🙌🏻

Over the past three years, the programme has shown that even without traditional management models, women can live safely and with dignity in the community.❤️ As Head of Programmes Deep Ng shared:

“This award affirms society’s belief in the strength and value of marginalized groups. Home Again responds to the gaps in services for women experiencing homelessness- addressing deep loneliness and mental health needs, and treating residents as family, not patients. With trust, courage, and care, we’ll keep innovating to bring lasting, dignified change for our friends.” 💪🏻
