【 – 九龍城 活動回顧📷】

今年九龍城以「社創無界 多元共融」為題，透過以下一系列精彩嘅社區活動，凝聚跨界力量，推動社區共融！💛🎉

1️⃣ 社創無界 — 多元共融運動體驗日
為響應 3 月 21 日聯合國「國際消除種族歧視日」，今年嘅九龍城社創培訓計劃希望透過運動打破界限，促進種族、長幼及傷健共融，並以社創精神共建共融社區🫶。

計劃以籌備會議揭開序幕，連結各支持機構、合作伙伴及院校等單位，為活動做好準備。💪

其後，我哋聯同 豐盛社企學會 Fullness Social Enterprises Society (FSES) 及 理大賽馬會社會創新設計院 PolyU Jockey Club Design Institute for Social Innovation 舉辦「共融社創日🏫」，探討社會創新以及共融教育實踐嘅最新趨勢🆕。同場亦設有以共融為主題嘅互動體驗工作坊，為參加者帶嚟多元化嘅創新啟發。💡

承接「共融社創日」嘅討論同埋啟發，我哋聯同 豐盛社企學會 Fullness Social Enterprises Society (FSES) 及 香港浸會大學創新服務學習中心社創共享工作室 HKBU TriAngle 攜手舉辦「多元共融運動體驗日🏆」，匯聚近200名嚟自不同年齡層、文化背景及能力嘅參加者🌟，透過共融運動競技🎽、芬蘭木棋及一人足球⚽等項目，實踐種族、長幼及傷健共融。之後亦舉行跨界別對話分享會，凝聚教育界、社福界及社創界代表，一齊分享推動共融教育嘅經驗，探索未來合作方向🤝，建構跨界社區網絡。🌏

2️⃣ 非物質文化遺產工作坊（麵塑技藝體驗）
同天主教領島學校嘅同學仔一齊走入麵塑嘅世界，認識呢項非物質文化遺產嘅歷史以及文化意義，仲可以親手體驗傳統技藝，製作屬於自己嘅人物塑像👨‍🎨👩‍🎨。

3️⃣《逆轉上半場》電影放映會及映後分享會
活動邀請到《逆轉上半場》導演黃柏基先生🎬，同中華傳道會許大同學校嘅五、六年級學生分享拍攝點滴、創作靈感以及個人啟發🎥。電影傳遞出多元共融、團隊合作同埋關愛社區等核心價值，同學仔都睇得好開心呀！😄🍿

【 – Kowloon City Event Highlights📷】

Embracing the theme “Beyond Differences, Move Together — Diversity and Inclusion💫”, the Community Programme in Kowloon City this year brought together cross-sector strengths through a series of vibrant community activities to advance social inclusion across the district.💛🎉

1️⃣ “𝗕𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗠𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗧𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿” - 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗗𝗮𝘆
In support of the United Nations’ “International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination” on 21 March, the SE Programme aims to harness sport as a means of breaking down barriers and fostering inclusion across ethnicities, generations, and abilities, advancing the shared vision of building an inclusive community through social innovation.🫶

The programme commenced with a preparatory meeting that brought together supporting organisations, partners, and academic institutions to lay the groundwork for the planning and coordination of the initiative.💪

Building on this foundation, the “Inclusive Social Innovation Day🏫”, co-organised with 豐盛社企學會 Fullness Social Enterprises Society (FSES), and 理大賽馬會社會創新設計院 PolyU Jockey Club Design Institute for Social Innovation, explored the latest trends in social innovation and inclusive education practice🆕. A series of interactive, inclusion-themed workshops were also conducted, offering participants diverse perspectives and fresh inspiration for innovative thinking.💡

Extending the dialogue into action, the “Diversity and Inclusion Sports Day🏆”, jointly organised with 豐盛社企學會 Fullness Social Enterprises Society (FSES) and HKBU TriAngle, brought together nearly 200 participants of different ages, cultural backgrounds, and abilities🌟. Through a series of Inclusive Sports Challenges🎽, Mölkky, and 1-on-1 football⚽, participants actively experienced and demonstrated racial, intergenerational, and disability inclusion in practice.

Following the sports activities, a cross-sector dialogue session was held, bringing together representatives from the education, social welfare, and social innovation sectors to exchange insights on advancing inclusive education, explore opportunities for collaboration🤝, and strengthen a cross-sector community network.🌏

2️⃣ 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗖𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 (𝗗𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗙𝗶𝗴𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗖𝗿𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗲)
Students from Ling To Catholic Primary School were invited to explore the world of traditional dough figurines. They learned about the history and cultural significance of this intangible cultural heritage and experienced the craft firsthand by creating their own figurines and animal sculptures.👨‍🎨👩‍🎨

3️⃣ “𝗣𝗮𝘀𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗚𝗼𝗮𝗹” 𝗠𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗲 𝗦𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝘁-𝗦𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻

The event featured a screening of “Pass and Goal”, with the director, Mr Jil WONG Pak-kei🎬, attending a sharing session with Primary 5 and 6 students from CNEC Ta Tung School. He shared behind-the-scenes stories, creative inspirations, and personal reflections🎥. The film conveyed core values of diversity and inclusion, teamwork, and community care, and the students were fully engaged, enjoying a joyful and uplifting morning.😄🍿

【 – 油尖旺 活動回顧📸】

你有無諗過，其實由日常生活著手，即使細微嘅行動，都可以為社區帶嚟深遠嘅改變？🌟

今年油尖旺嘅社區活動，我哋聯同 Good Lab 好單位，舉辦咗為期兩個月嘅「佐油逢緣：微創變者培訓計劃」。計劃希望啟發參加者用全新角度去關注平日容易被忽略嘅社區問題，並共同探索解決各種社區挑戰嘅方法。

經過兩個月嘅學習同實踐，13位微創變者透過設計思維工作坊及社區行動，將創意融入生活，為油尖旺嘅公共空間及社區氛圍注入全新活力🌍✨。

1️⃣ 社創培訓計劃｜佐油逢緣－油麻地微創變者培訓計劃
由2月開始，13位微創變者分成3隊，於油尖旺展開創新實驗行動，並於3月29日的成果發表日分享創變成果！✨

🏞️ 最「特別」公園：探索尖沙咀6個公園，隊伍發掘每個公園嘅潛力，設計促進人際交流嘅空間，並透過短片記錄佢哋嘅觀察同改造理念，重塑公共空間。

🏰 遊角樂：參加者將旺角街頭化身為「遊樂場」，透過小遊戲令路人短暫放下步伐，重拾快樂同彼此嘅連結，重新感受城市生活中嘅溫暖。

💡旺角萬事屋：將「街頭」轉化為流動嘅協作平台，讓街坊互相解答問題，加強鄰里間嘅連結，並為社區建立屬於自己嘅共同記憶。

2️⃣ 青年參與｜佐油逢緣－共創工作坊
參加者分組針對「社區空間」、「社區人物」及「社區生態」三大主題展開構思。喺 Good Lab導師嘅專業指導下，各組透過設計思維進一步完善構想，將創意轉化為具實踐性嘅社區行動。最後，各組分享初步方案，為「小組共創階段」奠下基礎，期望透過創新行動，為油尖旺帶來長遠且正面嘅改變🌟❤️。

3️⃣ 社區探索｜佐油逢緣－社區學習日
參加者由3位經驗豐富嘅微創變者帶領，遊走油尖旺，探索唔同主題：

社區生態導賞團：由WEEDsilience 聯合創辦人Ivy帶領，探索九龍公園嘅自然環境，並聚焦討論如何改善社區中嘅生態問題

社區空間導賞團：由公園女遊聯合創辦人 Emily帶領，啟發參加者觀察社區公共空間的使用情況，並重新構想如何改善其用途

社區人物導賞團：由執煙頭委員會聯合創辦人Oscar帶領，帶領參加者參與煙頭清理行動，令參加者了解清潔工人面對嘅挑戰，並探討改變嘅解決方案

呢次活動唔止令參加者切身感受咩係微創變行動，亦加深佢哋對社區問題嘅理解，為未來創意行動提供靈感✨

【 – Yau Tsim Mong Event Highlights📸】

Have you ever thought about how small actions in daily life can create meaningful changes in your community?🌟

This year, we collaborated with Good Lab 好單位 to launch a two-month SE Programme, “Micro-changemakers To Be in Yau Tsim Mong”, aimed at encouraging participants to transform observations into impactful micro-actions. 13 micro-changemakers turned creativity into action, shaping a better Yau Tsim Mong with fresh ideas and hands-on contributions 🌍✨.

1️⃣ 𝗦𝗘 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗲 | 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗿𝗼-𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗧𝗼 𝗕𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗬𝗮𝘂 𝗧𝘀𝗶𝗺 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗴

Starting from Feb 2026, 13 micro-changemakers formed 3 teams to carry out innovative experiments across Yau Tsim Mong and showcased their results during the Impact Showcase on 29 March! ✨

🏞️ Reimagining Public Spaces: The team explored 6 parks in Tsim Sha Tsui to uncover each park’s unique features and hidden potential. Through observation and analysis, they proposed redesigns and transform these parks into inclusive gathering spaces while retaining their unique charm. Two short videos summarised their journey of observation and imagination, showcasing how overlooked spaces can become vibrant platforms for connection and exchange.

🏰 Playful Street Experiments:
Another team turned the streets of Mong Kok into a playful space for adults. Through simple yet engaging mini-games, they encouraged pedestrians to pause and rediscover moments of joy amidst the fast-paced environment. Their project redefined Mong Kok from a busy transit point into a place full of connection, fun, and interaction.

💡 Community Mapping Through Conversations
The final group transformed the 'street' into a mobile collaborative platform where neighbours can help one another solve problems, strengthening neighbourhood ties and building a shared collective memory for the community.

2️⃣ 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 | 𝗖𝗼-𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽
Participants formed groups around three main themes—Community Spaces, People, and Ecology—to brainstorm solutions for local challenges. Guided by Good Lab’s mentors, they used design thinking to refine their concepts and create actionable plans. The workshop concluded with presentations of the initial ideas, which set the foundation for the upcoming “Group Co-creation Stage”.

3️⃣ 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 | 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗗𝗮𝘆
Led by three experienced micro-changemakers, participants explored the Yau Tsim Mong district across three themes:

Ecology: Ivy from WEEDsilience guided participants through Kowloon Park for a deep dive into its natural ecosystem, sparking discussions around ecological improvements.

Community Spaces: Emily from Parks Wanderer led tours of public spaces, inspired participants to think creatively about optimising the use of public spaces.

People: Oscar from Cigarette Butts Committee introduced participants to a cleanup initiative, highlighting the challenges of sanitation workers and encouraging innovative solutions for behavioral change.

This immersive experience not only helped participants better understand Yau Tsim Mong’s needs but also provided real-world inspiration for future creative actions. ✨

【 回顧 – 灣仔 活動回顧📸】

今年我哋聯同 Golden Age Foundation 黃金時代基金會，為灣仔區「金齡人士」設計咗一系列結合運動同關懷嘅活動。

面對人口老化，我哋換個角度睇—充滿工作與人生經驗嘅「金齡人士」，係社區寶貴資產。透過持續嘅培訓與體驗，提供合適嘅平台同機會等佢哋發揮影響力與創造力，鼓勵佢哋多走出嚟關心長者同年青人，喺公園做運動，變成推動社區發展嘅起點🌿💡

1️⃣ 灣仔動齡大使行動：社區有愛
一連三場嘅活動，金齡人士化身成「動齡大使」，透過「服務學習」，實踐快樂、自主嘅樂齡生活同跨代連結🌟。

動齡大使透過工作坊、探訪安老院、同SEN學生一齊籌備活動，學習社區服務技巧，又透過遊戲同手作活動培養同理心💕。佢哋更以導師身份指導學生準備安老服務，實踐「以長帶青」，將兩代人嘅力量連繫起來🤝。

2️⃣ 動齡校園：同心共融🫂
動齡大使同20位SEN學生一齊到「松心薈」安老院探訪公公婆婆🎶。

大家一齊唱懷舊金曲、玩遊戲、整手作，氣氛溫馨又愉快。學生喺協助長者過程中學懂耐性同細心，亦更加了解長者嘅生活點滴。動齡大使一路引導同支持，展現有「心」有「力」嘅服務精神💗。

3️⃣ 探索動齡社區
專業教練帶領金齡朋友探索灣仔區內長者健體設施🏃‍♀️喺灣仔公園試玩健身器材、學習安全運動技巧同簡易拉筋方法。好多參加者話：「以前經過都唔敢試用，但今次學完之後，下次會返嚟郁吓！」💪🌳

我哋希望透過呢個系列活動，重新發掘社區資源，凝聚金齡一代嘅智慧與力量，推動跨代合作，一齊令灣仔成為更有愛、更有力量嘅「共融社區」💚✨

【 – Wan Chai Event Highlights📸】

This year, together with Golden Age Foundation 黃金時代基金會, we designed a series of wellness and care-focused activities for Golden-Ager in Wan Chai.

In the face of an aging population, we chose to see things from a new perspective. The “Golden Generation,” full of work and life experience, is a valuable community asset. Through continuous training and experiential learning, we aim to give them the right platforms and opportunities to showcase their creativity and influence. By encouraging them to engage more with both the elderly and the younger generation, even through something as simple as doing exercises in the park. We’re planting seeds for positive community development🌿💡.

1️⃣ 𝗪𝗮𝗻 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗶 𝗚𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗻-𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗔𝗺𝗯𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗱𝗼𝗿🫶🏻
Over a three-session programme, Golden-Age participants became “𝐆𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐧-𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐃𝐲𝐧𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐜 𝐀𝐦𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐝𝐨𝐫,” taking part in service-learning experiences that promoted joyful, independent ageing and intergenerational connection🌟.

The Ambassadors joined workshops, visited elderly homes, and co-created activities with SEN students — learning community service skills while developing empathy through games and handcraft sessions💕. Acting as mentors, they also guided students in preparing for elderly home services, embodying the spirit of “the old guiding the young” and bridging generations through care and collaboration🤝.

2️⃣ 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽: 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗴 & 𝗢𝗹𝗱 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘀 🫂
Ambassadors and 20 SEN students visited “Pine Harmony” elderly home to spend an afternoon with the residents🎶.

Together, they sang old Cantonpop songs, played games, and made crafts. Students learned patience and attentiveness while supporting the elderly, deepening their understanding of their daily lives. The Ambassadors provided heartfelt guidance throughout, demonstrating care and compassion in action💗.

3️⃣ 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗧𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗘𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗹𝘆 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗹𝘆 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗩𝗲𝗻𝘂𝗲𝘀 🏃🏻‍♂
A professional coach led Golden-Age participants on a tour to explore elderly-friendly exercise facilities around Wan Chai🏃‍♀️.

In Wan Chai Park, they tried out fitness equipment, learned safe exercise techniques, and practised simple stretching routines. Many participants said, “I used to walk past but never dared to try, now I’ll definitely come back to exercise!”💪🌳

Through this series of activities, we hope to rediscover community resources, gather the wisdom and strength of the Golden Generation, and foster intergenerational collaboration — together creating a more caring, inclusive, and empowered Wan Chai💚✨.

📌於《香港智慧城市藍圖2.0》下，各界致力利用科技推動「包容性智慧城市」，優化不同持份者嘅生活。今年活動繼續以「共融」、「智慧城市」為題，集結各界嘅經驗，進一步將創新帶入校園，激發年青一代嘅想像力💡

1️⃣ 智慧城市的包容性：跨界實例與實踐方案
今年我哋繼續以「智慧城市」為主題，探討數碼無障礙設計、智慧城市發展以及社會創新嘅關係。研討會涵蓋⚙️無障礙設計、📝如何實施策略、💰經濟效益以及針對老年人同埋殘疾人等弱勢群體嘅創新服務模式嘅重要性。🗣️參加者分成四個小組，討論目標群體嘅限制以及點樣利用創新技術為佢哋提供幫助。

2️⃣ 社創 × 企業啟發之旅
💡活動邀請到 惜．剪 代表 James Wong 同 港鐵公司社會責任主管 Bosco Leung，親身分享佢哋走上社創之路嘅故事 🌱前者由大學生到成為社會創新者，透過 NGO、企業實習及學術交流一步步建立自己嘅路。🚇後者以發展社會責任為目標，推動各項計劃，為殘疾人士、少數族裔等社群克服安全疑慮或語言障礙。

3️⃣ 銀髮模擬室：領袖同理心體驗
我哋聯同 Eldpathy 為香港大學學生帶嚟一個沉浸式同理心工作坊，透過三大體驗理解長者日常生活所面對唔同嘅挑戰：👀視力受損、🚶‍♂️行動不便同💪🏼負重完成日常任務。希望透過同理心及體驗工具連接世代，推動更具包容性嘅社區。

Regarding the Hong Kong Smart City Blueprint 2.0, various sectors are committed to leveraging technology to promote an "inclusive smart city" and improve the lives of different stakeholders. This year's series of events continues the keywords of "Inclusion" and "Smart City," bringing together experiences from various sectors and further extending into schools to inspire innovative thinking among the younger generation! 💡

1️⃣ 𝗙𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗦𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗖𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀-𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
Continuing the success from past years, this year we explored the relationship between digital accessibility design, smart city development, and social innovation. It covers the importance of ⚙️accessibility design, 📝implementation strategies, 💰economic benefits, and innovative service models for vulnerable groups such as the elderly and people with disabilities. Participants were divided into 4 groups to discuss the target group’s limitations and how the innovative technologies could help.🗣️

2️⃣ 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗦𝗘 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲
In this event, we invited James WONG, Representative of Change Nails and Bosco LEUNG, Social Responsibility Lead at MTR, to share their real-world journeys.💡

🌱James shared his journey from university student to social innovator—building bridges with NGOs, corporates, and academic exchanges/internships, and how he contributes to social entrepreneurship with his experience and knowledge. 🚇Bosco is experienced in social responsibility development and collaborates with various NGOs, highlighting and promoting initiatives for passengers with disabilities, ethnic minorities, etc.—overcoming safety hurdles and language barriers!

3️⃣ 𝗘𝗺𝗯𝗼𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗔𝗴𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗵𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗙𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀
We partnered with Eldpathy to run an experiential empathy workshop for HKU students, providing immersive experiences to build a genuine understanding of the challenges faced by the elderly: 👀 impaired vision, 🚶‍♂️ limited mobility, and 💪🏼 weighted daily tasks. Our mission is to bridge generations through empathy, inspiring future leaders to foster a more caring Hong Kong.

為咗迎接北部都會區嘅發展，今年北區社區活動帶大家一齊想像點樣喺發展嘅同時，利用創新想法令社區變得更可持續、更多元💡

1️⃣ Jane’s Walk 香港 2025 一覽石湖墟，今「鋪」你至叻
活動分為兩部分，首先參加者喺石湖墟、上水鄉大元村同埋上水站一帶，親身觀察並感受北區獨有嘅社區特色。其後結合嘉賓嘅分享並分組進行構思，將觀察轉化為計劃，針對上水站周邊嘅社區需求，構思不同方案。👣

2️⃣ 跨代共融•全接「竹」
活動共有60名不同年齡嘅參加者喺上水河上鄉「進優鄉村俱樂部」透過「滿竹樂園」、「遊樂自然」同埋「自由遊戲」體驗退休後嘅「進優生活」以及「進優人士」可以點樣貢獻社會，喺自然環境中體驗跨代共融。🌿

嚟自學術界、公眾及社會創新嘅參加者透過不同社創項目展示，想像未來校園嘅四大發展方向：「幸福校園」、「綠色校園」、「友善校園」同埋「科技向善校園」🏫

To better prepare for the development of the Northern Metropolis, this year's North District community activities share a common highlight, inviting everyone to imagine: How can social innovation make our communities more sustainable and inclusive during this transformation? 💡

1️⃣ 𝗝𝗮𝗻𝗲’𝘀 𝗪𝗮𝗹𝗸 𝗛𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗞𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱
The event had two parts: First, participants walked around Shek Wu Hui, Tai Yuen Tsuen, and Sheung Shui Station to observe and feel the unique community vibe. Then, inspired by guest speakers, they brainstormed in groups—turning observations into actionable plans addressing needs around Sheung Shui Station! 👣

2️⃣ 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘆 • 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗕𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗼𝗼
60 participants of all ages experienced “Rewirement Life” and how “Rewirers” contribute to society at Ho Sheung Heung Rewirement Country Club through “Bamboo Building Park”, “Nature Bathing” and “Free Play”—fostering cross-generational harmony in nature! 🌿

3️⃣ 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘀 𝗙𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲
Participants from academia, public and social innovation explored four future campus directions via project showcases: “Well-being Campus”, “Green Campus”, “Inclusive & Caring Campus”, and “Technology for Good Campus”! 🏫

This year's Yuen Long community activities provided exactly this opportunity, allowing participants to experience these needs first-hand while brainstorming innovative solutions to build a more inclusive society together!

Through immersive simulation games, students walked in the shoes of the elderly — experiencing firsthand the everyday challenges older generations face. 💡

At Yuen Long Park, participants slowed down and reconnected with the natural world — touching plants, embracing trees, and discovering a sense of peace often lost in the rush of city life. 🌳

Sport has a beautiful way of bringing people together. At our Boccia event, seniors, persons with disabilities, and community members shared the court, enjoyed friendly matches, and unwound with stretching exercises. 【 – Tuen Mun Event Highlights📸】

Is there a place you pass by every day and think, "Wouldn't it be great if this could be better?" A group of secondary school students walk past the Tuen Mun River on their way to and from school every day. After hearing countless complaints from neighbours about unpleasant odours, what was once just everyday scenery became something they wanted to change. Through a series of activities, they explored and researched ways to revitalise the Tuen Mun River, rediscovering the community they call home along the way! 🏞️🏗️

1️⃣ 𝗧𝘂𝗲𝗻 𝗠𝘂𝗻 𝗥𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗗𝗮𝘆
Students explored the Tuen Mun riverside in person, learning how different public spaces have transformed over the years and uncovering the stories behind their community.🔍

Students from various disciplines presented their research findings, seizing the opportunity to consult with District Councillors and professionals on issues they had yet to explore. 🙇

From January to March, students conducted field visits and tested water quality in the laboratory. Through this process, they gained a fresh perspective on their own community and brought innovative ideas to the table, reimagining how to make their neighbourhood a better place to live.🏘️

What does a "Happy Community" mean to you? 🏘️

This year, we focused on the theme of "happiness" in Sham Shui Po SE Lab! Together with Tour, we hosted the “Cheung Sha Wan Road Social Innovation Day: Co-create a Happy Community”, bringing stakeholders from government, social enterprises, NGOs, and residents to explore what it takes to build a "Happy Community." Through activities like exploration tour, cross-sector seminar, and co-creation workshop, participants uncovered local strengths, sparked innovation, and collaborated to create a vision for a brighter and happier Sham Shui Po 💡✨.

Participants joined a guided community tour, walking through the streets of Cheung Sha Wan Road to uncover the stories, challenges, and opportunities within the neighborhood 💬. From industrial zones to residential areas, participants gained new perspectives on the community's potential and its pressing needs.

In collaboration with CCC Mongkok Church Kai Oi School, we organised a parent-child workshop where participants learned the art of traditional paper craft by using recycled materials ✨. Students and parents transformed upcycled red packets into heartfelt thank-you cards, beautifully blending sustainability with creativity.

This activity encouraged families to embrace sustainable lifestyle and reflect on how small actions can lead to big changes for a more sustainable future 💚🌱.

Through this year’s community initiative, we aim to bring together the collective strengths of all stakeholders to co-create a happier, more resilient, and sustainable future for Sham Shui Po✨.

【 回顧 - 青年參與@深水埗— 「福氣の紙：紙想和你相聚」敬師卡製作親子工作坊🧧】

新年過後收到好多利是，點樣處理舊利是封，都係大家每年嘅小煩惱。

啟愛學校嘅同學仔都一樣～～不過，佢哋屋企嘅舊利是封，變成送俾老師、父母嘅感謝卡！💌

早前 SES 聯同 中華基督教會望覺堂啟愛學校，邀請社企「浪花花 」到校，教學生同家長利用「回收利是封 」造紙，親手體驗從撕碎利是到抄紙、壓紙嘅過程，了解紙嘅特質與可持續性，最後再將自己嘅心意寫落新鮮出爐嘅紙上♻️。

作為香港造紙達人嘅浪花花，推廣紙張再生與環保藝術，今次除左比家長學生親身體驗再造紙嘅過程，點少得帶嚟多款以紙製作嘅展品，仲設置咗「利是封回收箱」，鼓勵大家一齊帶回校回收舊利是封，延續紙嘅生命 。

學生同爸爸媽媽都玩得好開心，從製作當中發現「舊」物件嘅不同可能！🌱

【 Event Recap - Youth Engagement @ Sham Shui Po - "Prosperity Paper: A Paperful Gathering” Teacher Appreciation Handmade Card Parent-child Workshop🧧】

After the Lunar New Year, we always end up with a pile of red packets — figuring out how to deal with the old ones is a yearly puzzle for everyone!

It’s the same for the students of C.C.C. Mongkok Church Kai Oi School, but this time, those old red packets found a brand-new purpose — they were turned into heartfelt thank-you cards for teachers and parents! 💌

Earlier, SES collaborated with the school and invited local social enterprise to host a handcraft workshop. Students and parents together learned how to recycle red packets into handmade paper — from tearing and pulping the packets to lifting and pressing the sheets. They also discovered the unique qualities of paper and its sustainability, before writing their messages of gratitude on their freshly made paper. ♻️

Renowned as Hong Kong’s papermaking expert, lomfafair promotes paper regeneration and eco-art. In addition to guiding families through the creative process, they also displayed beautiful paper artworks and set up a red packet recycling box at the school, encouraging everyone to bring in used red packets for a second life. 🌱

The students, parents, and teachers all had a wonderful time — discovering new possibilities hidden within “old” materials while spreading creativity and care through sustainability! 💚

Curated by Social Enterprise Summit and Good Lab, this cross-border social innovation tour through the Greater Bay Area (GBA) broadened perspectives and sparked possibilities for collaboration.✨

The journey began with an exploration of how organisations created social value in the GBA💡, covering diverse aspects such as ecosystem-building of philanthropic foundations💫, knowledge and talent development led by think tanks🧠, community-based practices by local organisations🏘️, commercial applications of cultural creativity🎨, and sustainability initiatives undertaken by corporates🌱. It offered a valuable opportunity for Hong Kong’s social enterprise and innovation communities to deepen their understanding of the GBA ecosystem and to foster cross-regional dialogue💬 and collaboration.🤝

【 回顧 – 社創培訓計劃 @ 九龍城 —「社創無界 — 多元共融運動體驗日」🏆】

為響應 3 月 21 日聯合國「國際消除種族歧視日」，早前 SES 聯同 豐盛社企學會 Fullness Social Enterprises Society (FSES) 以及 香港浸會大學創新服務學習中心社創共享工作室 HKBU TriAngle，喺聯校運動中心攜手舉辦「社創無界 — 多元共融運動體驗日」💫。

近200名來自不同年齡層、文化背景及能力嘅參加者聚首一堂，透過一連串運動體驗促進彼此連結，實踐「種族共融👥👥」、「長幼共融🧓🧑」及「傷健共融🧑‍🦽🏃」三大目標。

我哋好開心邀請到九龍城民政事務助理專員張彥喬先生擔任主禮嘉賓，同我哋一齊參與象徵跨界同行嘅「多元共融接力跑」🌟，為活動揭開序幕。之後，參加者按多元背景混合分組，親身體驗各種運動項目，包括利用「適應性設計」構思嘅共融運動競技🎽、芬蘭木棋及一人足球⚽等，令不同能力及背景嘅朋友都可以一齊參與，喺互相鼓勵同合作之中一齊完成各項競賽，成個過程唔單止培養出同理心，仲可以促進「多元共融」嘅實踐🏅🥇。

之後，我哋移師到天保民學校繼續「社創 x 跨界別對話輕膳分享會💬」。匯聚教育界、社福界及社創機構嘅代表，一齊分享推動共融教育以及社區協作嘅經驗同願景，探討未來合作方向🤝，建構跨界社區網絡🌏。

In support of the United Nations’ “International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination” on 21 March, SES, in collaboration with Fullness Social Enterprises Society and the TriAngle, Centre for Innovative Service-Learning, Hong Kong Baptist University, jointly organised the “Beyond Differences Move Together” - Diversity and Inclusion Sports Day at the Joint Sports Centre.💫

Nearly 200 participants from diverse age groups, cultural backgrounds, and abilities came together to build connections through a series of sports experiences, putting into practice the three key objectives of racial inclusion👥👥, intergenerational inclusion🧓🧑, and disability inclusion🧑‍🦽🏃.

We were honoured to have Mr Yin Kiu CHEUNG, Assistant District Officer of Kowloon City District Office, as our Guest of Honour. He officiated the opening ceremony and joined participants in the symbolic “Diversity and Inclusion Relay Run”, representing cross-sector collaboration and unity in action.🌟

Participants were then grouped into mixed teams reflecting diverse backgrounds and took part in various sports experiences, including Inclusive Sports Challenges designed with adaptive approaches🎽, Mölkky, and 1-on-1 football⚽. These activities enabled individuals of different abilities and backgrounds to participate fully, fostering mutual encouragement and teamwork while completing the challenges together. Throughout the process, participants not only cultivated empathy but also actively embodied the spirit of diversity and inclusion.🏅🥇

Following the sports activities, the “Social Innovation x Cross-Sector Dialogue Lunch Sharing Session💬” was held at Mary Rose School. Representatives from the education, social welfare, and social innovation sectors gathered to share their experiences and visions for promoting inclusive education and community collaboration, while exploring future directions for partnership 🤝and building a cross-sector community network.🌏
