Empowering Neurodivergent Girls to Thrive

Building independent, healthy, and connected lives for girls aged 15 to 25 through our evidence-based ecosystem of support. Brown Rice Livelihood Foundation Limited, known by its program brand Petal, is a Hong Kong charitable foundation registered under Section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance (IRD Ref No. 91/13427). Brown Rice focuses on this specific

age group because they represent a hidden demographic that is systematically underestimated and neglected by mainstream support structures. We are here to change that narrative.

Mission For Migrant Workers (MAFW) was one of our beneficiaries in 2025, in support of the migrant workers at Tai Po’s Wang F*k Court who were impacted by the deadly blaze on November 26th.

Ten migrant workers died, and around 130 workers in total were affected. Some have been laid off, others have been left homeless, and all have been scarred.

MAFW has been assisting around 90 migrant workers with varying needs.
