由2010年12月開始，得到 環境及自然保育基金 為期18個月的資助，在紅磡區內推行 「社區回收先導計劃 ﹣紅磡塑膠回收增值創明天」。計劃主要透過 主動及有常塑膠回收 同埋 環保教育活動，幫助紅磡舊區居民培養 家居塑膠分類回收的習慣，藉此收集高質素和穩定數量的塑膠廢料，為塑膠回收增值。
