Energy Security and Climate Change in Asia Pacific KAS RECAP supports the dialogues between regional change makers.

Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS), the largest political foundation in Germany, supports international exchange and promotes peace, freedom and justice around the world. The Regional Programme Energy Security and Climate Change Asia-Pacific (RECAP) was initiated in 2015 in Hong Kong. It supports the political dialogue in the Asia-Pacific region and with Europe concerning challenges of energy security

and climate change; develop solutions and concrete projects of sustainability in politics, economy and society; and organize international conferences, trainings, scholarship programs, research projects and publications.
