Organised by the International Youth Legal Exchange Federation (IYLEF), The Mainland China Legal Internship for Hong Kong Youths 2024 is now inviting applications from law students aspiring to be professional legal practitioners with mastery over both Common law and Chinese law.
We provide students with internship opportunities at major global law firms, arbitration institutions and legal department of Central State-owned enterprises. Participants are expected to engage in intensive legal practices and gain first-hand knowledge of the Chinese legal system, and we are confident that these experiences will in turn become an invaluable credential to their future legal career development.
Internship Period: 23 June – 28 July 2024 (5 weeks)
Internship Cities: Beijing and Shanghai
Placement: Major global law firms, arbitration institutions, legal departments of Central State-owned enterprises
Application Deadline: 8 March 2024 (Friday)

Interview Session: 14 – 15 March 2024 (Thursday & Friday)

Briefing and Interview in Hong Kong:
Briefing Session: 8 March 2024 (Friday)
Interview Session: 23 – 24 March 2024 (Saturday & Sunday)
