社區有需要，關愛隊隨時候命！日前，我們丹拿關愛隊接獲一宗緊張的緊急求助：區內一戶居民因身在外地，家中當時只有一位老人家與家傭姐姐。未料單位突然停電，面臨電力故障，屋內老人家及姐姐一時不知所措，情況令人心急。

即時應變💡，聯絡合資格水電工上門檢查
接獲消息後，關愛隊隊員第一時間趕往現場支援，安撫長者情緒，同時聯絡區內可靠的合資格水電工程人員上門。工程人員抵達後迅速展開檢查與排查，精準找出跳掣及線路問題，並進行修復，順利恢復單位電力供應！

深耕社區 成為街坊最強後盾❤️
「老吾老以及人之老」，老人家在社區生活，難免會遇到突發的居家緊急狀況，這正是關愛隊發揮作用、及時給予支援的時刻。丹拿關愛隊會繼續扎根社區、守望相助，做各位街坊最堅實、最可靠的後盾！❤️✨

Whenever our community is in need, the Care Team stands ready! Recently, the Tanner Care Team received an urgent plea for help: a local resident was currently out of town, leaving only an elderly family member and their domestic helper at home. Unexpectedly, the flat suffered a sudden power outage. Faced with an electrical fault, the elderly resident and the helper were left bewildered and anxious.

Immediate Response: 💡 Arranging Qualified Electricians for On-site Inspection
Upon receiving the news, Care Team members rushed to the scene to offer immediate support and reassure the elderly resident. At the same time, we contacted reliable and qualified electrical engineers within the neighborhood for an urgent home visit. Upon arrival, the technicians swiftly conducted a comprehensive inspection, accurately identifying a tripped breaker and wiring issue before carrying out the necessary repairs to successfully restore power to the flat!

When our elderly residents encounter unexpected home emergencies; it is precisely at these moments that the Care Team steps in to offer timely support. 下午，丹拿關愛隊隊員曾可珈女士帶領義工隊員進行上門探訪，前往區內一戶被滲漏水困擾的居民家中進行實地關懷與了解。

在探訪過程中，曾可珈與義工們細心察看單位內的滲水情況，並與居民坐下傾談，深入了解滲水對他們日常作息、家居安全及環境衛生所帶來的種種不便與困擾。

第五屆「好山好水好香港」創意寫作徵文比賽頒獎典禮暨第六屆開幕禮圓滿舉行

10月4日，2025‑26 第五屆「好山好水好香港」創意寫作徵文比賽頒獎典禮暨第六屆開幕禮於北角社區會堂圓滿舉行。是次典禮現場高朋滿座、氣氛熱烈，滿載同學們對文字創作的熱誠，以及關心社區、關愛身邊人的真摯心意。

2025‑26 第五屆「好山好水好香港」創意寫作徵文比賽頒獎典禮 暨 第六屆開幕禮，已經圓滿舉行！
日期：2026年10月4日

當日典禮現場高朋滿座、氣氛熱烈，滿載同學們對文字創作的熱誠，以及關心社區、關愛身邊人的真摯心意。

本屆比賽反應非常踴躍，得到全港各區學校、師生及家長鼎力支持，一共收到超過700份精彩的參賽作品，一篇篇文字書寫出屬於香港不同角落豐富又動人的社區故事。

經評審團嚴謹評審，最終一共有69位同學脫穎而出，奪得各組個人獎項，13間學校亦榮獲學校獎項！
當日有50位得獎同學連同170多位家長親臨典禮，一同上台見證榮耀時刻！

同學們以筆觸記錄社區溫暖小故事，透過文字傳揚關愛精神。一篇篇佳作，除了展現出同學細緻的觀察力與紮實寫作功力，更見證新一代年青人對香港這片家園滿懷熱愛，願意承擔關愛社區的責任。

在此，衷心祝賀所有得獎同學與參賽學校！同時多謝一眾用心培育學子的家長、蒞臨頒獎的各位嘉賓，以及背後默默付出嘅50多位義工！今次活動能夠順利圓滿，實在有賴大家同心協力！

🚮 跨部門聯合視察，嚴正跟進百福花園迴旋處非法棄置廢料問題
🚮 Joint Inter-Departmental Inspection: Addressing Illegal Waste Dumping at Bedford Gardens Roundabout

百福花園停車場正門入口迴旋處一帶，經常出現胡亂傾倒垃圾雜物及裝修廢料的情況，不僅影響社區環境衛生及市容，更對居民和車輛出入安全造成隱患。

為徹底根治此問題，卓兒在29日特別聯同環保署、地政總署、路政署代表，以及百福花園物業管理處人員，一同前往現場進行實地聯合視察，共同商討實效及長遠的改善方案！

🔍 現場視察及跟進重點：

📹 打擊非法傾倒裝修廢料：環保署表示重視非法棄置建築廢料及大件雜物的嚴重性，商討加強執法，並研判不同可行方法以提升打擊與阻嚇力度。

🧹 物管與政府部門緊密協調：協調百福花園物業管理處與相關政府部門建立直接聯絡機制，一旦發現違規傾倒，即時通報並安排清理，維護屋苑入口環境整潔。

社區環境衛生需要大家共同維護。卓兒會繼續密切跟進各部門的後續執法與跟進措施，確保還街坊一個乾淨、安全及整潔的居住環境！
如街坊發現區內有任何非法傾倒廢料或環境衛生問題，歡迎隨時向卓兒或辦事處反映！

The area surrounding the roundabout at the main parking entrance of Bedford Gardens has frequently suffered from indiscriminate dumping of refuse, bulky items, and renovation waste. This not only severely compromises environmental hygiene and neighborhood aesthetics, but also poses safety hazards to pedestrians and vehicular traffic.

To thoroughly address this issue at its root, I conducted a joint on-site inspection on 29 September, alongside representatives from the Environmental Protection Department (EPD), Lands Department (LandsD), Highways Department (HyD), and the Property Management Office of Bedford Gardens to devise effective and sustainable solutions.

🔍 Key Inspection Focus & Follow-Up Actions:

📹 Combating Illegal Dumping of Renovation Waste: The EPD acknowledged the severity of illegal construction waste and bulky refuse dumping. Discussions were held on stepping up enforcement actions and evaluating various feasible measures to enhance deterrence and enforcement efficacy.

🧹 Strengthening Coordination Between Property Management and Government Departments: Direct communication channels were established between the Bedford Gardens Property Management Office and relevant government authorities. This ensures that any instances of illegal dumping are immediately reported and cleared to maintain cleanliness at the estate entrance.

Maintaining neighborhood hygiene requires collective effort. My team and I will continue to closely monitor the follow-up enforcement measures across departments to restore a clean, safe, and tidy living environment for all residents!
