This Earth Day, we are reflecting on how we generate, use and invest in energy, which can help shape a more sustainable future across the markets we operate.

Through our Financing the Transition framework, we are channeling capital towards credible brown to green opportunities, with an ambition to commit USD 6 billion by 2030.

As of 2025, we have committed a cumulative USD 1.5 billion, including USD 400 million in 2025, to support a low carbon future while delivering sustainable returns for our policyholders and shareholders.

We are reducing our own footprint, with 66% of Prudential’s global electricity consumption coming from renewable energy in 2025, as we continue to invest in energy efficiency and electrification and work towards being carbon neutral across Scope 1 and 2 emissions by the end of 2030.

Beyond our operations, we are strengthening community resilience. In 2025, Prudence Foundation positively impacted more than 500,000 lives across 16 markets through its Climate and Health Resilience Fund, including work with the Prudential Pensions Management Zambia, Prudential Zambia, and the World Health Organization (WHO) Country Office to install solar power systems in eight healthcare facilities, helping ensure continuity of care during power disruptions.

From Financing the Transition to transforming how we operate and supporting resilient communities, as a team, we continue to work for, and support, .

As Global Money Week 2026 draws to a close, we’d like to look back at the full impact of Cha-Ching.

The Cha-Ching curriculum was created in 2016 in partnership with Junior Achievement Asia Pacific with the goal of instilling sound financial habits in children aged 7-12. Over the past decade, it has blossomed into a full learning ecosystem supporting children, teachers and communities across 16 markets in Asia and Africa.

Follow us to find out more about how we build financially resilient communities – one child at a time.

What if a cartoon band could teach your child more about money than most textbooks?

That's exactly what the Cha-Ching band has been doing.

Meet Justin, Zul, Prudence, Pepper, Charity and Bobby, six animated characters who have been helping children aged 7 to 12 across Asia and Africa learn the fundamentals of money management: Earn, Save, Spend and Donate.

As we mark this 10-year milestone of our Cha-Ching Curriculum during Global Money Week, the message is simple: smart money talk starts young. And when it comes in the form of a song, a story and a character kids look up to, it stays with them.

Swipe through to hear what each band member has to say about money.

We are delighted to be supporting Global Money Week for the fifth year running! We're also celebrating the 10th anniversary of the Cha‑Ching curriculum, which is part of Prudence Foundation’s award-winning financial literacy programme that empowers children across Asia and Africa with essential money management skills.

Ultimately, Cha-Ching and GMW share the same goals: To raise awareness of the importance of instilling financial knowledge and responsible behaviours in young people. We are proud to have helped over 3.9 million children learn how to Earn, Save, Spend, and Donate.

As Asia stands at the frontline of the climate crisis, it holds the extraordinary potential to pioneer solutions that not only mitigate risks but could also help build climate-resilient communities that last for generations to come.

Funding climate x health solutions are a key part of unlocking this potential. However, such funding remains fragmented, with many solutions still struggling to move from pilot to people.

This is why the report Unlocking Capital for Climate x Health: The Investment Landscape in Asia matters. It maps why funds are not flowing to communities in need, and proposes new pathways needed to build long-term viable solutions that can address these challenges.

This International Women's Day 2026, under the theme “Rights. Justice. Action. For ALL Women and Girls,” UN Women reminds us that women's future depends on the justice delivered to them today.

We are spotlighting Tunas Sphere, a Malaysia-based NGO dedicated to helping survivors of domestic violence rebuild their lives. Its founder, Joanne Melissa Wong, heard of our Talk It Out programme and became a community partner for the women in Tunas Sphere to stand a better chance at rebuilding life free from abuse.

In partnership with , the support helps vulnerable communities access free, culturally relevant mental health support that enables individuals build resilient communities, today and tomorrow.

Did you know that our planet has a "safe operating zone" defined by nine planetary boundaries—these are like Earth’s life-support systems, and crossing their limits leads to irreversible changes in how Earth functions.

Worryingly, six of these boundaries were already crossed in 2023, with the seventh boundary breached last year. Across Asia, climate disruption has become one of the most urgent public health crises, with serious implications for health, livelihoods, and food security.

Making climate and health solutions bankable and scalable is essential to building resilience, before further limits are crossed.
