Gabay sa pagsusumite ng mga updated requirements para sa notarial sa 18th floor, counter 3 and 4.

1. Printed copy ng PANUNUMPA NG PROPESYONAL FORM
- fill out ang pangalan then
Address sa Pilipinas
-tapos yung blank na ilalagay
PROFESSIONAL TEACHER/
G**O
- Sulatan hanggang A lang ng FORM
-sa SEDULA (Passport number ang ilalagay tapos saan ito kinuha at ang PETSA (yong isssue date ng passport)
- Huwag kalimutang pirmahan gamit ang ballpen. E-signature ay hindi tinatanggap.
- Then pirmahan/lagdaan bago pumila sa notarial counter.

2. Idikit na rin po yong picture na passport SIZE, white background with complete name tag sa Panunumpa Form bago pumila.

Ipa-Zerox ang 2 copies ng VALID ID (passport and hongkong ID) sa isang bond paper lang.

Kapag naibigay na lahat, magbayad ng (HKD200 Notarial) sa COUNTER 2.

Pagkatapos ay ibalik ang pink na receipt sa notarial counter and keep the white copy.

3. Then umuwi ka ng masaya 😊 at Ihanda na ang Filipiniana attire para sa Oathtaking Ceremony ng mga SPLE LET 2025 Passers dito Sa Hongkong. Ito ay gaganapin sa 08 FEBRUARY 2026, Linggo sa OWWA GLOBAL CENTRE, 18 FLOOR, UNITED CENTER, ADMIRALTY sa Ganap na 2:00-4:00 ng HAPON.
