特殊學習需要權益聯會（SEN權益聯會）致力為有特殊學習需要的基層兒童，倡議全面支援及平等發展權利，減少他們因經濟困難而局限其應有的全人發展，讓其學習困難得以進一步改善。

現有服務包括：長期家長互助小組、家長講座、定期SEN兒童興趣班、SEN訓練小組。

SEN權益會成員包括：張超雄立法會議員辦事處、分貝稻場（青年組織）、兒童福利關注組（屯門）、關注學童發展權利聯席、街坊工友服務處、特殊學習需要服務關注組 及前線青年社會工作者。
