【關於 Music@e-Contest 報名及成績通知的重要提示】
Music@e-Contest 自2020年起一直是香港聯校音樂協會的國際合作伙伴，屬獨立營運的國際網上音樂比賽，並非香港聯校音樂協會轄下機構。
參加聯校音樂大賽的人士，可於報名系統內自行選擇是否同時參加 Music@e-Contest。如參賽者選擇報名，本會將按照相關安排，把該參賽者的比賽片段及所需資料轉交 Music@e-Contest 作獨立評審，其後的成績及獎項通知亦會由該機構直接發出。
由於聯校音樂大賽報名與 Music@e-Contest 發放成績之間相隔一段時間，每年均有不少參賽者忘記自己曾經選擇報名，在收到成績電郵後誤以為是可疑或詐騙訊息，繼而向本會及其他機構查詢或投訴，造成不必要的誤會和尷尬。
本會在此再次說明：參賽者如曾於報名時選擇同時參加 Music@e-Contest，日後收到該機構發出的成績及獎項通知，屬正常的比賽流程，可安心查閱。
為免日後產生誤會，敬請各位參賽者、家長及老師於來年度報名時：
• 仔細確認是否選擇同時參加 Music@e-Contest；
• 妥善保存報名確認資料及付款紀錄；
• 提醒參賽者及家長稍後將由 Music@e-Contest 直接發出通知；
• 收到電郵後先核對參賽資料，如有疑問可向本會查詢。
本會對過往因相關誤會而令 Music@e-Contest、其他機構及相關人士受到不便，謹此致歉，亦感謝各位的理解與配合。

【Important Notice Regarding Music@e-Contest Registration and Results】
Music@e-Contest has been an international partner of the Hong Kong Joint Schools Music Association since 2020. It is an independently operated international online music competition and is not part of the Hong Kong Joint Schools Music Association.
When registering for the Joint Schools Music Competition, participants may choose whether they wish to enter Music@e-Contest at the same time. If this option is selected, the Association will forward the participant’s competition video and the necessary information to Music@e-Contest for independent adjudication. Results and award notifications will subsequently be issued directly by Music@e-Contest.
As there is often a considerable period between registration and the announcement of results, many participants each year forget that they selected the Music@e-Contest option during registration. Upon receiving their results, some mistakenly believe that the email is suspicious or fraudulent and make repeated enquiries or complaints to the Association and other organisations. This has unfortunately caused unnecessary misunderstandings and awkward situations.
We would therefore like to clarify once again that if a participant selected Music@e-Contest during registration, any subsequent results or award notifications issued by Music@e-Contest are part of the normal competition process and may be viewed with confidence.
To prevent similar misunderstandings, participants, parents and teachers are kindly reminded to do the following when registering next year:
• Check carefully whether the Music@e-Contest option has been selected;
• Retain the registration confirmation and payment record;
• Inform the participant and their family that communications may be sent directly by Music@e-Contest at a later date; and
• Verify the participant’s registration details before making an enquiry if a results email is received.
We sincerely apologise to Music@e-Contest, other organisations and all parties concerned for any inconvenience caused by previous misunderstandings. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
