Fair Employment Foundation - FEF There are 11.7 million people in forced labour in the Asia Pacific region. But we believe that forced labour is a solvable world problem.

Our mission is to build market solutions to end the forced labour of migrant workers across Asia. Our first market solution, Fair Employment Agency (FEA), is a first-of-its kind ethical employment agency for migrant domestic workers in Hong Kong. Our second initiative is Fair Training Center, a Manila based educational institution which prepares women migrating for domestic work for the entire mig

ration process. Alongside our work to influence employment agencies and training centers, we also have an employer engagement programme including the Fair Hiring Pledge and Fair Hong Kong App.
