為3歲至17歲有特別學習需要兒童及青少年提供評估及訓練服務 明愛學與成長支援中心於2006年成立，目的是協助家長了解孩子的優點，發揮所長，同時透過評估及訓練，改善孩子的學習及發展表現。
另一方面，透過公眾教育，加強社會對特別學習需要孩子及家庭的認知；透過工作坊，加強同工提昇訓練孩子的技巧。
