東區學生會聯盟(下稱 東盟) 於2004年組織，由香港青年協會賽馬會筲箕灣青年空間聚集東區各中學組成，2005年7月12日正式成立並註冊為認可社團。本會成立旨在鞏固東區學生會聯繫網絡，有賴各東區學校踴躍支持，過往成功舉辦不少活動，包括: 聯校英語會話練習、模擬試卷交換等，為會員學校謀求福利和分享資源；透過義工訓練、綜藝晚會這類型的活動更可促進聯校之間的合作和交流。然而，籌備活動的過程更能讓成員學到書本以外的寶貴經驗，並促進聯校之間的合作和交流。
