There’s something really special about watching the Wellesley circle grow 💙

Yesterday’s Spring Gathering brought together 4 newly admitted students (already committed through ED!) and 12 alums across generations. What unfolded was exactly what makes Wellesley… Wellesley.

Stories were shared, traditions remembered, and yes… a few wonderfully wacky memories made their way back into the room. From Lake Waban walks to midnight breakfasts to a few memories only for siblings heheh, it was a reminder that this place stays with you long after you leave.

What was most meaningful was hearing why these incredible young women chose Wellesley—and seeing them already step into a community that will champion them for life.

To our amazing alums, thank you for showing up, sharing your stories, and welcoming the next generation so wholeheartedly.

The sisterhood continues 💫

Thank you to those who joined the Exploring Women’s Colleges Panel at CDNIS on Friday. It was a great conversation and a wonderful opportunity for students and families to learn more about the Seven Sisters and the unique strengths of women’s colleges.

The panel was thoughtfully moderated by a CDNIS student recently admitted to Barnard, who did an excellent job, and all the panelists shared insightful reflections on how their alma maters supported their growth and success.

A special thank you to Imogen Yih ’20 for representing Wellesley and to Ashley Peng ‘19 for organizing and coordinating the event. We really appreciate all the effort that made this panel possible.

”Wellesley shaped me through deep friendships, academic rigor, and moments of self-discovery that laid the foundation for the physician I have become.”
