Today, our University of London LL.B., UoL CertHE in Common Law and Higher Diploma for Legal Executives students had the valuable opportunity to visit the Hong Kong Correctional Services Museum and Ma Hang Prison.

Through the visit and an inspiring sharing session with rehabilitated persons, students gained a deeper understanding of the history of Hong Kong’s correctional services and the vital role of rehabilitation in helping individuals rebuild their lives and reintegrate into society.

The experience was a powerful reminder that the law is not only about punishment, but also about justice, compassion, and second chances.



📍今日，倫敦大學法律學士（LL.B.）、UoL CertHE Common Law及法律行政人員高級文憑課程學生參觀了香港懲教博物館及馬坑監獄。

透過實地考察，以及更生人士的真誠分享，同學們深入了解香港懲教服務的發展歷史，以及懲教工作在更生、教育及協助在囚人士重投社會方面的重要角色。

Today, our University of London (UoL) LLB and UoL CertHE in Common Law students stepped outside the classroom for a deeply educational, hands-on study visit.The delegation visited a drug info center and Ma Hang Prison to gain direct insight into how the legal framework translates into real-world rehabilitation and correctional services.

Students also have first-hand insights by engaging in invaluable sharing sessions with rehabilitated individuals, who shared their personal journeys, struggles, and the crucial role that supportive rehabilitation laws play in rebuilding lives.



今日，我們倫敦大學法律學士學生走出課堂，進行了一次極具教育意義且實用的實地考察。學生們先後參觀了禁毒資訊天地及馬坑監獄，藉此直接深入了解法律框架如何具體轉化為現實中的懲教及更生服務。

學生更有幸參與了更新人士的分享會，聽取他們分享重生的心路歷程、所面對的挑戰，以及完善的更生制度對重建新生所發揮的關鍵支持作用。
