書香四月，作家走進孩子的生活，孩子也走入了圖畫書的世界。
豐子愷兒童圖畫書獎邀請多位獲獎作家走進校園與圖書館，蕭袤、陶菊香、馬鵬浩等老師以《西西》、《門》、《糞金龜的生日禮物》《小熊快跑》等作品為例，分享創作故事、插畫靈感與寫作心得，多個城市的學校、圖書館也積極展開形式多樣的圖書會，孩子們在提問、聽故事與動手畫圖中，親近作家，也更愛上圖畫書，讓閱讀變成一場溫暖的對話。

As we celebrated World Book Day in April, hundreds of book club activities took place across Greater China, featuring author visits and storytelling sessions connected to the Feng Zikai Chinese Children’s Picture Book Award.
Authors such as Xiao Mao (Xixi), Tao Juxiang (The Door), and Ma Penghao (Little Bear, Run) were invited to meet young readers, sharing their creative journeys, illustration inspirations, and writing experiences. Schools and libraries in multiple cities also actively organized a wide range of reading events, both indoors and outdoors.
Through storytelling, interactive Q&A sessions, and hands-on drawing activities, these programs empowered young readers to develop a deeper love of reading—turning books into a warm, engaging dialogue between children and adults.
