Congratulations to PDG Dr. Alan Thoo for receiving the 4 Blue Sapphire PMJF pin for donating USD$10,000 to Lions Clubs International Foundation in the recent in Hong Kong.

PDG Dr Alan is also the first Major Donor of District 308 B2. He has 4 PMJF since 2022, and with this year’s contribution of $10K, he has pledged to top up another $11,000 within 5 years.
