TEDxCUHK 2027 Organizing Committee is RECRUITING new members! We are looking for passionate members to help us with the next event. If you want to join us, fill in the application form now.

There are 5 core teams in the Organizing Committee:
-BRANDING & MARKETING TEAM-
The B&M team is primarily responsible for the marketing materials for TEDxCUHK - you will be engaged in creating eye-catching promotional materials, preparing branding items and publications, as well as promoting the event in person and on social media platforms to ensure the event reaches a greater audience.
-FINANCE TEAM-
The Finance team helps with managing the financial aspects of the event, communicating with our sponsors to close sponsorship deals and ensuring all finances are organized to guarantee the event’s successful operation and enhance audience experience.
-HOSPITALITY TEAM-
The Hospitality team is responsible for the logistics, liaison and coordination of the event as well as on-site audience management to ensure a smooth event admission and rundown. They are definitely the gatekeeper of TEDxCUHK in ensuring the audience experience is maximized.
-SPEAKERS TEAM-
The Speakers team is in charge of supporting speakers all along the TEDx journey towards the event day. As the first person that speakers contact whenever they have problems or enquiries, the Speakers team is there to communicate and grow with the speakers in sharing unique ideas with the TEDxCUHK audience.
-STAGE TEAM-
The Stage team will be tasked with the technical management of the stage during the event, such as the lighting and audio, as well as stage designs, and the production and logistics of props. Having experience in stage management for previous productions is definitely a plus.
