躍動同行先導計劃由浸信會愛羣社會服務處聯同醫務衞生局、醫院管理局、社會福利署及教育局，為懷疑受多動及/或難以專注徵狀影響及/或合併症的兒童，青少年和初職青年，提供為期兩年的早期識別及介入服務。透過跨專業團隊協作，聯繫學校、家庭、社區、醫療團體及社福機構，為他們提供整全和個人化的支援服務。
