遷與遷尋 - 尋找社區變遷計劃 義工招募中！！！！！！！！！！！
誠邀你同長者們一齊重遊舊地, 懷緬昔?

我們希望呢個計劃可以做到：

(1) 長幼共融
藉活動前實地考察、跟長者們交流，到實行階段與長者一起走訪故地，加深青少年對長者生活片段的了解和認識。

(2) 讓長者回顧過去點滴及成長片段
有無想過50年后去翻一個自己熟悉即地方會點？重回舊地，可以勾起昔日生活點滴，等老人家從中追尋往日的回憶，懷緬過去美好歲月年華。

(3) 肯定長者價值，增加他們的自我認同感
活動中大家會學著專心聽每個老人家們的故事，認同他們系年輕時對社會。家人作出的貢獻！
