荃葵青優秀學生會成立於2009年9月9日，是一個由荃葵青優秀學生選舉得獎學生自發組成的非牟利學生組織。 本會一直以促進區內學生對祖國國情的認知、積極參與社區事務及義務工作、 為區內學生提供個人成長及發展潛能之機會以及促進區內學生之聯繫及交流為方針，利用各得獎同學的經驗、 知識以及人際網絡去服務區內青少年，以期提升區內的學風水平，造福荃葵青。
