好高興創辦人李淑慧女士同前董事會主席丁何安妮女士重新加入董事會，代表住一個重時刻。

書伴我行於2008年創立「豐子愷兒童圖畫書獎 」，是全球首個國際級中文兒童圖畫書獎項；至今書獎已發展成業內最具權威性的獎譽。歷屆52部得獎作品中，已有22部授權發行至全球12個國家及地區，足見中文兒童圖畫書日益受到世界各地讀者喜愛。

We’re thrilled to welcome back Su Lee (our founder) and Annie Ho Ting (our former Board Chair) as Board Directors. Su and Annie’s re-joining marks a special moment as we celebrate our charity’s 20th Anniversary and transition to focus on the Feng Zikai Chinese Children’s Picture Book Award (the Award).

Looking ahead, the Award will be launching a brand‑new Community Program that will:
📚 Share a curated bookshelf of all 52 Award‑winning titles
🎓 Introduce an innovative picture book curriculum for educators
👩‍🏫 Host teacher workshops packed with activities, prompts, and creative ideas
🗓️ On Saturday, 7 March 2026, at our final READCONNECT Community Day in the Taipo district of Hong Kong

Our Community Storytelling Ambassadors will bring three Award winning titles to life with a day of storytelling and creative fun for invited families.

This is the start of a new chapter for our charity—combining 20 years of community outreach with fresh content and resources to continue fostering a love of reading whilst inspiring an appreciation of Chinese language and culture. 💖📖

📚書伴我行展開新里程碑🎉

書伴我行（香港）基金會已向我哋嘅夥伴聖雅各福群會 St. James' Settlement捐出我哋第545個圖書館。今次最後一次哋捐贈有接近3,000本優質圖畫書，為計劃創下咗重要嘅里程碑。過去20年，我哋向超過20萬名學童捐出71,000多本圖畫書，成功推動香港親子共讀氛圍。

✨自成立以來，我哋喺香港致力推動標誌性服務計劃，包括圖書館捐贈同兒童啟蒙老師培訓計劃。努力推廣家庭閱讀文化，為家長同小朋友建立一個可持續嘅社區閱讀氣氛。

✨2026年，書伴我行將會展開新嘅一頁；我哋會全心專注喺原創中文兒童圖畫書，透過「豐子愷兒童圖畫書獎」繼續推廣中文圖畫書、創作及閱讀。

📚Bring Me A Book Hong Kong is excited to announce an incredible milestone. 🎉

After almost two decades, we are concluding our successful Library Donation Programme with the 545th and final library donation to our partner, 聖雅各福群會 St. James' Settlement. This landmark contribution of almost 3,000 books means that, since 2006, we have proudly donated a total of 71,000 children’s picture books to over 200,000 children across Hong Kong.

✨Since our founding, we have tirelessly promoted family literacy through our signature Library Donation and First Teachers’ Training Programme. Over the years, our pioneering work has helped nurture a vibrant and self-sustaining community for parent-child reading across Hong Kong.

✨Beginning in 2026, we are dedicating our focus entirely to original Chinese children’s picture books through the 豐子愷兒童圖畫書獎 Feng Zikai Chinese Children’s Picture Book Award (the Award). Established by us in 2008, the Award will now be the primary vehicle through which we promote the discovery and appreciation of quality Chinese children’s picture books around the world.

✨We extend our heartfelt appreciation to all donors, partners, beneficiaries, and volunteers who have stood alongside our charity throughout the years. We will host a READCONNECT Community Reading Day on Saturday, 7 March 2026 to mark the completion of our current programmes. This Community Day will honor our enduring legacy of fostering community connections through the love of reading. ✨

🎉第九屆豐子愷兒童圖畫書獎線上發佈會將會2025年9月19日隆重舉行，屆時會公佈獲獎名單和推薦書單。

📚書伴我行(香港)基金會一直支持同推動華語圖畫書創作及共讀。約定大家喺9月19日一齊見證本屆得獎作品嘅誕生；欣賞下作品嘅藝術價值同教育意義啦!

轉眼間書伴我行（香港）基金會嘅暑期活動：「同心共讀足球共讀計劃」已經圓滿結束啦！📚 我哋想藉呢個機會再次感謝香港熱刺球迷會：熱刺香港和 Lilywhite HK，喺八月尾同我哋一齊合辦球衣拍賣活動，最終成功籌得港幣 $11,100；支持書伴我行繼續推廣喺本土推廣共讀的好處。衷心感謝大家嘅幫助同支持！🙏
另外，書伴我行團隊為呢次活動特製咗一本紀念冊，裡面收錄咗小球員喺暑假期間同熱刺球星見面嘅難忘片段。已經購買紀念冊的家庭，會喺下週前收到呢份美好嘅紀念品！希望大家好好珍藏呢啲美好回憶，永遠記得閱讀唔淨係為咗學業同文字理解，更重要喺令我哋嘅學習變得更有活力同更意義。

It feels like just yesterday that our summer program "REadCONNECT with Football" had its successful wrap-up! 📚 We would like to take this opportunity to thank the Hong Kong Spurs Supporters' Club and Lilywhite HK for their assistance in organising the jersey auction event at the end of August. We successfully raised HKD $11,100 to support our charity, Bring Me a Book Hong Kong, in continuing to promote the benefits of shared reading in Hong Kong. A heartfelt thank you to everyone for your help and support! 🙏
Additionally, our team Bring Me a Book team has created a commemorative picture book for this event, capturing memorable moments of our young players meeting Spurs stars during the summer. Families who purchased the picture book will receive this lovely memento by next week! We hope everyone treasures these wonderful memories and always remembers that reading is not just about academic achievement and understanding words, but about making our learning more vibrant and meaningful.
