Whether you’re a seasoned pro or a total kitchen newbie, come join us for a hands-on session where we’ll be mastering the art of the perfect Cornbread Muffin. Golden crusts, fluffy centres, irresistible hint of sweetness that makes every bite feel like a hug. It’s going to be a flour-filled blast of laughter and delicious smells. Details of Baking Fun 26 are as follows:

Date: 9th May 2025 (Saturday)
Time: 11:00 - 12:30 (Session 1) / 14:00 - 15:30 (Session 2)
Venue: Cookery Room (MCS Secondary Section)

Class size/ session: 15 baking stations

Per station:

1 adult (age 13 or above); or
1 adult + 1 child (age 4 - 12)
Fee: $300 (FSA member) / $400 (Non-FSA member)

Join a unique 2.5-hour wood crafting workshop and give these local, fallen timber a beautiful new life. Under guidance, you’ll transform reclaimed wood from Hong Kong’s typhoons into a beautiful, functional piece of furniture to take home.

Hosted by the MCS Former Students’ Association (MCSFSA), this is your chance to connect with our city’s natural story in a meaningful and creative way.

We are proud to present the annual MCSFSA Legal Alumnae Luncheon that will take place on 15 January 2026 (Thursday) at the Shanghai Fraternity Association 上海總會 (中環) in Central.

This is an invaluable opportunity for alumnae from the legal sector to connect and expand their professional networks. University students are also encouraged to take part and engage with alumnae working in the field. Seats are limited, so be sure to register early!
