作為聖雅各福群會的服務單位，「企業培訓中心」的成立有獨特的工作使命：將積極的生活態度帶進人心。
員工的工作水準建基於他們的知識與能力、其對機構及工作的投入感則始於動力與意願；企業要在多變的競爭環境中突圍而出，除了靠紀律與獎賞外，員工的價值、能量和感受，都是現代僱主培養富有熱誠與歸屬工作文化不可或缺的元素。
憑著這個信念，我們自1993年開始向公私營機構提倡「優質工作生活」的概念，以「身․心․情․智」四個人類發展基礎，融入我們設計的培訓計劃，培養積極正面的思維模式，推動僱主與員工彼此關心的訊息，建立雙贏的工作關係。

Being a service unit in St James’ Settlement, the founding of “Corporate Training Centre” has its unique mission-
to promote positive living attitudes of well-beings. We all know that the employees’ knowledge and ability are basic conditions of their work quality, and their senses of commitment to the organization come from their motivation and free will. To survive and succeed in the highly changing competitive world, employers should note that sense of belongings and passions of their employees are cultivated with indispensable elements, they are their value, energy and feelings. The consultation service we designed to corporate has fully integrated the 4E’s foundation of human development. “Energetic Body, Empowered Self, Enjoyable Relations and Enriched Mind”, and we assert that win-win relations between employers and employees should be established on the base of care and concern.
