【🏛️ HSBC Company & Archives Visit】
A huge thank you to HSBC and their volunteers who shared their time and experience with our students during the company visit! 🙌

Secondary school students from Future+ and Strive and Rise Programme stepped into HSBC in Central for a day exploring banking, culture, and history. At the Human Library session, they got to "flip through" real-life career stories with HSBC staff, and asking questions about what it's like to work at a bank.📚

As for sub-degree students, got an exclusive look into the bank’s history at HSBC Archives, then sat down for their own round of career chats with HSBC staff. From day-to-day duties to personal career twists and turns, students walked away with fresh ideas for their own future paths! 🚀

衷心感謝 HSBC 滙豐以及一眾義工舉辦企業參觀，亦同同學仔分享珍貴嘅職場經驗！🙌

「未來家」同「共創明『Teen』計劃」嘅中學生親身去到中環滙豐總行，開展一場探索銀行文化同歷史嘅旅程，佢哋仲喺「真人圖書館」（Human Library）環節「翻閱」滙豐員工嘅職場故事，了解銀行背後嘅多元運作！📚

至於大專生，就走入滙豐歷史檔案館，近距離了解銀行嘅悠久歷史，之後仲同來嚟自唔同部門嘅滙豐同事，展開一場屬於佢哋自己嘅職場對談。由日常工作到職涯上嘅高低起伏，同學們都帶住啟發為自己嘅未來路向增添新諗法！🚀

【🗞️ SCMP Mock Interview & Company Visit】
A big thank you to South China Morning Post and their volunteers who shared their time and experience with our students during the Mock interview session! 🙌

Students stepped into SCMP headquarters in Causeway Bay for a hands-on dive into the world of media and beyond. Guided by 14 SCMP volunteers across different expertise, they received personalized 1:1 mock interviews tailored to their career aspirations.🎯

Beyond interview tips, they toured the office for an exclusive look at the story behind everyday headlines — walking away with actionable advice for their future paths. 🚀

Good Mood Hong Kong is back for its second year! ❤️ We're honored to co-organize with 城巴 Citybus again for another meaningful Inter-Company Volunteer Campaign this September – October, empowering companies to champion both physical and mental wellbeing in alignment with World Mental Health Day on 10 October!

✨ Each company leads a wellness-driven activity and opens spots to other participating companies, while joining their events too!

A big thank you to HSBC and their volunteers who shared their time and experience with our students during the CV coaching session! 🙌

Last month, more than 30 students, from secondary school students to undergrads, walked into HSBC with plenty of career questions and walked out with real‑life answers. During the session, everyone received personalised feedback on their CVs. Beyond that, they also got a real glimpse into what employers are actually looking for, straight from the people who do the hiring — helping them prepare for their future paths. 🚀

👥 Last month, Future+ brought together Strive and Rise mentors and mentees for a Career Exploration & Volunteer Day.

They kicked off with 🎲 Career Live, a career simulation game where everyone got to try out roles across different industries. Then came the 🧸 Twist Stick Doll workshop, making dolls under the guidance of tutors — all going to families and elders in need.

👥 上個月，「未來家」集結了一班「共創明『Teen』計劃」的導師和學員，一同參與職涯探索及義工體驗日！

大家先以 🎲 「Career Live」職涯體驗遊戲拉開序幕，在模擬職場中大玩角色扮演，親身體驗不同行業的日常。隨後進入 🧸 **扭扭棒玩偶工作坊**，在導師的指導下親手製作精美玩偶，並將成品送贈給有需要的家庭及長者。

這次共同學習與集體回饋的經歷，讓導師和學員建立更多回憶。在未來的日子裡，他們將繼續互相啟發、共同成長！
