Good Mood Hong Kong is back for its second year! ❤️ We're honored to co-organize with 城巴 Citybus again for another meaningful Inter-Company Volunteer Campaign this September – October, empowering companies to champion both physical and mental wellbeing in alignment with World Mental Health Day on 10 October!

A big thank you to HSBC and their volunteers who shared their time and experience with our students during the CV coaching session! 🙌

Last month, more than 30 students, from secondary school students to undergrads, walked into HSBC with plenty of career questions and walked out with real‑life answers. During the session, everyone received personalised feedback on their CVs. Beyond that, they also got a real glimpse into what employers are actually looking for, straight from the people who do the hiring — helping them prepare for their future paths. 🚀

👥 Last month, Future+ brought together Strive and Rise mentors and mentees for a Career Exploration & Volunteer Day.

They kicked off with 🎲 Career Live, a career simulation game where everyone got to try out roles across different industries. Then came the 🧸 Twist Stick Doll workshop, making dolls under the guidance of tutors — all going to families and elders in need.

👥 上個月，「未來家」集結了一班「共創明『Teen』計劃」的導師和學員，一同參與職涯探索及義工體驗日！

大家先以 🎲 「Career Live」職涯體驗遊戲拉開序幕，在模擬職場中大玩角色扮演，親身體驗不同行業的日常。隨後進入 🧸 **扭扭棒玩偶工作坊**，在導師的指導下親手製作精美玩偶，並將成品送贈給有需要的家庭及長者。

這次共同學習與集體回饋的經歷，讓導師和學員建立更多回憶。在未來的日子裡，他們將繼續互相啟發、共同成長！
