Thank you to HKPC 生產力局 for making this afternoon bloom 🌸

We came together for a Mother’s Day themed volunteer event – all for our beloved female elders 💖 From interactive games and a happy chair dance to a flower arrangement workshop, every moment was filled with laughter, patience, and genuine connection. We were delighted to see volunteers chat happily with the elders, creating a space where everyone felt seen and heard✨

That is what we love about themed volunteering. A theme like Mother's Day becomes more than a date on the calendar. It becomes a reason to gather, to create, and to connect. Seeing everyone leave with flowers and smiles was the best ending we could ask for 💐

We are seeking 80 volunteers mentors to guide the students through meaningful service-learning projects. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young lives while sharing your experience. 🤝

What you'll do:
💡 Help 4 students (secondary school or sub-degree) turn their community service idea into real action
💪 Share your experience and watch their confidence grow
🌱 Spark a growth mindset that lasts a lifetime

Program details:
Period: May - Aug 2026
Commitment: 5 meetings with mentees (~20 volunteer hours)

【📝 CV Skills Workshop】
HSBC Future+ Youth Program recently partnered with British Council Hong Kong to host a CV Skills Workshop 🧑🏻‍🏫, preparing students to stand out in the new era of work.

Our students received practical, one-on-one advice and participated in interactive learning experiences that sharpened their ability to articulate their strengths and personal brand. From refining their format to storytelling through their experiences, students built more confidence needed for future job searches. 🚀

正如 “Endowment (捐贈)” 一詞銘刻喺 𝗘𝗻𝗱𝗼𝘄𝘂𝘀 嘅名字之中，我哋一貫重視 #回饋社會 嘅承諾 💙。上年十二月中旬， 團隊響應 聖雅各福群會 及 Time Auction 舉辦嘅滙豐「未來家」青年計劃，到訪明愛九龍社區中心，同一班有志投身於 #金融及科技行業 嘅非華語高中學生分享 #職涯規劃 資訊同工作經驗 💬

我哋深信，每位學生都應該享有公平嘅發展機會，尤其係成日被主流社會遺忘同忽視嘅 #非華語學生 🧕🏽。由於佢哋唔識／唔係好擅長中文嘅緣故 😔，好多時候都缺乏咗能夠喺現實生活中接觸得到同互相溝通嘅「夢想導師 🧑🏻‍🏫」。有見及此，Endowus 首席客戶總監 蘇倩婷 分享咗佢選擇踏入 #金融科技界 嘅人生轉捩點同個人心得 💁🏻‍♀️；而 香港業務主管 袁淇欣 就談及公司成立嘅理念，以及唔同部門嘅架構、大致工作內容 🧑🏻‍💻
