每年 8月12日 係泰國嘅「母親節」，亦係泰國其中一個重要嘅日子，提醒大家珍惜母愛、家庭親情，同埋「感恩」呢一份泰國文化中非常重要嘅價值。

泰國將每年8月12日定為母親節，呢一日亦係 詩麗吉王太后陛下（Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother） 嘅誕辰紀念日。
🤍 茉莉花係泰國母親節嘅象徵花卉。潔白嘅花朵同淡淡嘅芳香，象徵母親對子女純潔、溫柔而無私嘅愛，所以泰國人經常會喺母親節向媽媽送上茉莉花，表達愛意同感謝。
喺母親節，泰國人亦會用唔同方式向母親同長輩表達孝心，例如向媽媽行禮、送上茉莉花、陪伴家人，或者簡單講一句：「多謝媽媽」同「媽媽，我愛你」 💙
母親節唔只係一個節日，更係一個機會，俾我哋認識同傳承泰國文化中非常重要嘅 「感恩與孝道」，記住一直愛護、照顧同支持我哋嘅人。
Every year on 12 August, Thailand celebrates National Mother’s Day, an important occasion that highlights the love of mothers, family bonds, and the value of gratitude in Thai culture.

Thailand observes National Mother’s Day on 12 August, which also marks the birthday anniversary of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother.
🤍 Jasmine is the symbolic flower of Thai Mother’s Day. Its pure white petals and gentle fragrance represent the pure, tender, and selfless love that a mother gives to her children. For this reason, jasmine is traditionally given to mothers as a symbol of love and gratitude.
On Mother’s Day, Thai people express their love and appreciation for their mothers and elders in many ways — by paying respect, presenting jasmine flowers, spending time together, or simply saying: “Thank you, Mum” and “I love you, Mum.” 💙
More than just a special day on the calendar, Mother’s Day is also an opportunity to learn about and pass on one of the most important values in Thai culture: gratitude and respect for those who have loved, cared for, and supported us.

ทุกวันที่ ๑๒ สิงหาคมของทุกปี ประเทศไทยเฉลิมฉลอง วันแม่แห่งชาติ ซึ่งเป็นอีกหนึ่งวันสำคัญที่สะท้อนถึงคุณค่าของความรักของแม่ ความผูกพันในครอบครัว และ “ความกตัญญู” ซึ่งเป็นคุณค่าที่สำคัญในวัฒนธรรมไทย

ประเทศไทยกำหนดให้วันที่ ๑๒ สิงหาคมของทุกปีเป็นวันแม่แห่งชาติ ซึ่งตรงกับวันเฉลิมพระชนมพรรษาของ สมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสิริกิติ์ พระบรมราชินีนาถ พระบรมราชชนนีพันปีหลวง
🤍 “ดอกมะลิ” เป็นดอกไม้สัญลักษณ์ของวันแม่ไทย ด้วยสีขาวสะอาดและกลิ่นหอมอ่อน ๆ จึงใช้แทนความรักอันบริสุทธิ์ ความอ่อนโยน และความรักที่แม่มีต่อลูกอย่างไม่มีเงื่อนไข คนไทยจึงนิยมมอบดอกมะลิให้แก่แม่เพื่อแสดงความรักและความกตัญญู
ในวันแม่ คนไทยมักใช้โอกาสนี้แสดงความรักและความกตัญญูต่อคุณแม่และผู้มีพระคุณ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการกราบแม่ มอบดอกมะลิ ใช้เวลาร่วมกัน หรือเพียงกล่าวคำว่า “ขอบคุณแม่” และ “รักแม่นะ” 💙
มากกว่าการเป็นวันสำคัญในปฏิทิน วันแม่ยังเป็นโอกาสให้เราได้เรียนรู้และส่งต่อหนึ่งในคุณค่าที่สำคัญของวัฒนธรรมไทย นั่นคือ “ความกตัญญู” และการระลึกถึงพระคุณของผู้ที่มอบความรัก ดูแล และอยู่เคียงข้างเรามาเสมอ
