12355原為廣東省於2017年8月起實行的一個青少年綜合服務熱線，向省內青年提供心理諮詢、法律援助、志願服務、就業創業等服務。為配合中央惠港措施的實施，讓香港青年能更快捷地融入大灣區發展，香港青年聯會及香港志願者協會開展了港版「12355大灣區青年服務台」。

以12355 熱線為基礎，通過線上、線下相結合方式，為香港青年搭建一站式服務平臺和資訊站，協助香港青年人解決在大灣區學習、工作和生活過程中遇到的各種問題，為他們在各個發展階段提供援助，讓青年人更好地融入大灣區生活。
