To provide opportunities for young people to develop leadership skills and social responsibility to create positive changes in the community.

In Hong Kong, we have over 2000 members representing a network of highly motivated and forward looking young men and women who are mostly entrepreneurs or executives from a wide range of trades and businesses. The members are between the age of 18 and 40 who contribute most of their leisure time to work for the betterment of the community and themselves. One of the most reputable events organized

by JCI HK is the “Ten Outstanding Young Person Award” (TOYP Award). Our objective is to provide opportunities for young people to develop leadership skills and social responsibility to create positive changes in the community. English is the official language in our chapter and we welcome both young men and women from different sectors of the community to become our members.

𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗗𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗼𝗻 𝗕𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗻𝘇𝗮 – A Night of Heritage & Fellowship 🐉🧧

We recently co‑hosted the February Fellowship Gathering with JCI Dragon and JCI East Kowloon. A meaningful connection: JCI Kowloon, JCI Dragon and JCI East Kowloon shares the same origin.

To celebrate this shared heritage, 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗼, 1989 President of JCI Dragon, shared the fascinating history of the “Three Dragons” with all of us.

Apart from the sharing and regular reports, the evening was filled with CNY-themed fun games, bringing members together in the spirit of fellowship and celebration. 🎊

We also took the opportunity to present the 𝗝𝗖𝗜 𝗞𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗕𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗰𝗵 to our 2026 Gold Sponsor, Chapter Advisor, and 2017 President—𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗮 𝗖𝗵𝗼𝗿. A well‑deserved recognition for her continuous support to the chapter.

Make Your Words Matter 🎤

The 𝗝𝗖𝗜 𝗗𝗲𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 is a signature event of JCI worldwide. In Hong Kong, the 𝗝𝗖𝗜 𝗗𝗲𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 (𝗝𝗖𝗜𝗛𝗞 𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻) is the national project that identifies our local representatives who will compete with representatives from all over Asia and the Pacific during ASPAC (JCI Asia Pacific Conference). This year, it is co‑hosted by 𝗝𝗖𝗜 𝗩𝗶𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗮 and 𝗝𝗖𝗜 𝗞𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗻.

To make the learning experience both fun and practical, we recently held a 𝗗𝗲𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 featuring two guest speakers:
𝗠𝗿. 𝗪𝗮𝗻 𝗣𝘂𝗶 𝗟𝘂𝗻𝗴 (Founder of 4min_debater, JD from CUHK, Debate Coach)
𝗠𝗶𝘀𝘀 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗬𝘂𝗲𝗻 𝗨𝗲 (Founder of Funny Matters, Stand‑up Comedy TEDx Speaker, performed solo in Hong Kong, Taipei, London, Manchester, and Tokyo)

Together, we delivered:
1️⃣ A 𝗱𝗲𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘅 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱‑𝘂𝗽 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗱𝘆 𝗲𝘅𝗵𝗶𝗯𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗴𝗮𝗺𝗲 – a creative twist that made argumentation lively and engaging

"𝗞𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗛𝘂𝗯" – CNY Bonfire Trip in Dongguan 🔥🎆

A signature event of JCI Kowloon! Dongguan is one of the few places in China where it is legal and compliant to have a bonfire—making this trip extra special. 🎇

Together with members of JCI Tsuen Wan, we gathered around the fire, enjoyed great company, and soaked in the festive vibes. It was a perfect way to celebrate the New Year. ✨🎆

A huge thank you to 𝗣𝗡𝗣 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗣𝗮𝘂𝗹 for offering the venue and treating us to a delicious coconut chicken hot pot dinner! 🍲🥥 Your generosity made the evening even more memorable. 🎇

Special moments like these remind us that JCI is about friendship, warmth, and creating lasting memories.

"𝗞𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗛𝘂𝗯" – CNY Lucky Walk 🧧🧨

It is a long-standing JCI Kowloon tradition to have a Lucky Walk on The Peak every third day of Chinese New Year. This year, we were delighted to hold the event jointly with 𝗝𝗖𝗜 𝗧𝘀𝘂𝗲𝗻 𝗪𝗮𝗻.

We had such a great time soaking in the festive atmosphere, enjoying the beautiful views, and sharing good food during our dim sum lunch together. 🥟🍵

We also appreciated the red packets and festive gifts from our President—abalone, a thoughtful touch symbolizing abundance year after year (年年包有餘) . 🐚✨🤣

Moments like these remind us that JCI is not just about leadership development—it is also about friendship, tradition, and celebrating together.

𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 "𝐊𝐨𝐰𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫 𝐇𝐮𝐛" – 𝐀 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐬 🔋

We are excited to launch the first event of our "𝗞𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗛𝘂𝗯" Casual Gathering Series. This initiative is designed to foster meaningful connections among members while helping our Board of Directors gain deeper insights into your needs. By understanding what matters to you, we can better support every member to 𝗦𝗲𝗶𝘇𝗲 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗝𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆.

𝗡𝗶𝗶𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗡𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 🍶

Many of you have heard that 𝗔𝗦𝗣𝗔𝗖 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 will be held in 𝗡𝗶𝗶𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗮, 𝗝𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗻 this June. But what exactly is ASPAC? And where is Niigata?
For those who have never been—or have never even heard of it—we created 𝗡𝗶𝗶𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗡𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁. The goal was simple: provide all the information you need to feel excited and prepared for ASPAC.

The evening was co-hosted by four chapters: 𝗝𝗖𝗜 𝗩𝗶𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗮, 𝗝𝗖𝗜 𝗞𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗻, 𝗝𝗖𝗜 𝗜𝘀𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱, and 𝗝𝗖𝗜 𝗣𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗹𝗮. It was a great opportunity to network with members across different chapters.

The night was split into two engaging parts:

1️⃣ 𝗔𝗦𝗣𝗔𝗖 𝟭𝟬𝟭 – We invited 𝗬𝘂𝗺𝗮 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝘀𝘂𝗶, 2025-2026 APDC Secretary General, to share everything you need to know about ASPAC—what will happen, why you should go, and how it can impact your leadership journey.

2️⃣ 𝗧𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗡𝗶𝗶𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗮 – 𝗪𝗶𝗹𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗸, a sommelier specializing in sake, walked us through the nuances of sake tasting and the distinct characteristics of 𝗡𝗶𝗶𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝘀𝗮𝗸𝗲. A perfect preview of what awaits in June!

Whether you are an ASPAC veteran or a first-timer curious about the experience, nights like these remind us that JCI is about learning, connecting, and growing together.
