仲議會作為浸大學生會的獨立司法機關，負責處理會內一切仲裁及詮釋會章事宜。作為學生會會內法治精神的把關者，本會一直秉持「仲以中貴，議唯義尊」的宗旨，捍衛會章精神，解決會內糾紛，彰顯公義；同時履行第三權的責任，節制會內五大權力架構，確保權力間相互分立制衡。

This is the official page of Hong Kong Baptist University Students' Union Council, which releases the information of conflict solving and law-interpretation matters with regard to the Students' Union Cons

titution and its by-laws. This page is managed by the members of the Administration Committee of the Judicial Council. Acting as an independent arbitration and judicial body of the Students' Union, the Judicial Council is responsible for handling all conflict solving and law-interpretation matters with regard of the Students' Union Constitution and its by-laws.
