I. Land Registry
- Database that shows ownership of the land.
- Deeds Registration
- Owners Corporation Records
- Registered encumbrances in relationship with properties
- Dealings such as leases for three years or more

II. Lands Department:
- Land auction information
- Tenders and other disposals of properties by the Government

III. Rating and Valuation Department:
This department is responsible for collecting government rent and rates.
- Information on the saleable area of residential properties
- User and completion year of properties
- Annual statistics relating to property market supply and take-up.
• Form CR 109 (Notice of New Letting or Renewal Agreement): gives details of tenancy agreements of domestic tenancies. The landlord is required to lodge Form CR 109 with the Commissioner of Rating and Valuation within 1 month of ex*****on of the tenancy agreement. Without a form, the landlord is not entitled to maintain an action to recover rent from the tenant. (If submitted after a month, a penalty of $310 will be payable by LL)
The agreement must indicate:
o term of tenancy
o monthly rental
o any rent-free period
o who will pay rates
o government rent
o management fees, etc
