【端午「糭」有情】300份愛心鹹蛋鹹肉糭，溫暖過渡性房屋百戶家庭！
週日清晨，「開檯食飯」婦女煮廚團隊帶領竣球控股企業義工，親手炮製300份廣東鹹蛋鹹肉糭，由備料、包裹、烹煮到包裝，每一步滿載關懷。
「開檯食飯」的使命是讓基層婦女以廚藝創業，同時以食物回饋社區。今次她們以傳統手藝傳承工匠精神與中華文化，將家國情懷連同熱騰騰的心意，送進過渡性房屋住戶手中。

Early Sunday morning, the women chef team from Neighbourhood Kitchen led corporate volunteers from Smart Globe Holdings Limited to make 300 authentic Cantonese salted egg & pork rice dumplings — from preparation to wrapping, cooking to packaging.
Neighbourhood Kitchen empowers grassroots women from diverse backgrounds to build food businesses while giving back through food. On this day, craft became love — carrying the spirit of craftsmanship and Chinese cultural values into every transitional housing family.
