阿比手造 Abey Handmade 於2016年正式成立，之前常分享生果天然酵素的製作，與生果結下情誼，公司成立後，以生產新鮮風乾生果乾成健康小食為主，以及利用廚餘果皮升級再造新品。其次透過特殊訓練機構，招聘弱能或殘疾人士加入小店，阿比並非受資助的社企，而是想真正與不同能力和經驗的人，共同創造一片天。
