苗圃行動 –香港註冊慈善機構，是一個非政治、非宗教、非牟利的慈善助學機構。 以義工為主導，貫徹「實地考察、直接資助、長期跟進」的工作守則，確保善款得以妥善地運用，憑着『將中國人口包袱發展成智力資源』的信念，致力改善中國教育狀况，希望中國所有適齡兒童都能接受教育，而危險校舍由一間間合規格的安全校舍取代。
