文化葫蘆於2009年成立，為一間非牟利的文化機構，其宗旨是希望建立一個本地文化平台，透過傳統、藝術、設計三者結合的互動模式，展示香港獨特的文化色彩，讓公眾参與，繼而從活動中，提高對香港文化的認識和了解。此外，機構更籌辦多元化社區導賞活動，透過遊走和互動務，令普羅大眾感受到不同的社區情懷，並尋找自身的身分認同，增加對地方的歸屬感。
另一方面，近年非物質文化遺產極受重視，年輕一代更對傳統文化深感興趣，有見及此，文化葫蘆透過不同的項目，將多年的策展和活動經驗，融入香港非遺文化，帶領市民走訪大街小巷，讓他們認識社區歷史之餘，同時發掘傳統非遺文化價值，鼓勵創意產業的發展和啟發新一代的發展潛力。秉承中華文化的影響力，對社會未來作出貢獻。
我們深信每一個人都能夠成為文化和歷史的承傳者，有責任延續人文精神，為下一代保存並展示文化的寶貴價值。

Hulu Culture Limited was established in 2009 as a non-profit cultural organization, with the mission of creating a local cultural platform. Through an interactive approach that combines tradition, art and design, it seeks to showcase Hong Kong’s unique cultural character, while fostering public engagement. Hulu Culture organises a variety of community-guided tours and activities that encourage people to walk through and interact with their surroundings. These initiatives aim to promote appreciation for diverse community values, find a sense of personal identity, and strengthen our sense of belonging to our home. In recent years, intangible cultural heritage has received increasing attention, and young people are showing growing interest in traditional culture. In respond, Hulu Culture, through various programmes, integrates years of curatorial and event experience into Hong Kong’s intangible cultural heritage. Its tours take people from different areas through the city’s streets and alleyways, allowing them to learn about community history, while discovering the value of traditional intangible heritage. The company encourages the development of creative industries and helps inspire the potential of a new generation. Guided by the influence of Chinese culture, it aims to contribute to the future of society. Hulu Culture firmly believes that everyone can be a custodian and successor of culture and history and that we have a responsibility to carry forward the spirit of humanity, and to preserve and showcase our valuable cultural heritage for future generations.
