We’re thrilled to recap the successful “The Way Leaders Care” workshop held at Google Hong Kong on 17 April 2026!
In a powerful blend of theory and practice from The Rock CPD Series, students from St Francis’ Canossian College’s Careers Team explored the HEXACO Model of Personality. Through thought-provoking case studies and guided by Ms. Nancy Ting, they gained hands-on insights into how core personal qualities — such as honesty-humility, emotional intelligence, and openness — drive authentic and effective leadership.
