Calling all Ho Fung Alumni! The Annual General Meeting of the Ho Fung College Alumni Association Limited will be held next month. Join us to review our past year’s work and elect the new Board of Directors!
各位可風校友：可風中學校友會有限公司謹定於下月舉行會員週年大會，誠邀各會員踴躍出席！
📅 Date / 日期: 14 August 2026 (Friday)
⏰ Time / 時間: 8:00 p.m.
📍 Venue / 地點: 18/F, Central 88, 88-98 Des Voeux Road Central, Central, Hong Kong (香港中環德輔道中88-98號中環88 18樓)
Agenda / 會務事項:
1. Approve and adopt the minutes of the last preceding AGM/EGM (通過最近一次會員大會會議記錄)
2. Approve and adopt the President’s Annual Report (通過會長週年報告)
3. Receive the reports of the Board of Directors (省覽董事會報告書)
4. Appoint auditor(s) of the Association (委任校友會核數師)
5. Elect the Board of Directors for the forthcoming year (選舉下年度董事會)
📌 Notes on Proxy / 代表委任須知:
Full members entitled to attend and vote may appoint a proxy (must also be an Association member) to vote on their behalf.
(凡有權出席及投票之會員，均有權委派一名或以上代表出席及投票，受委代表須為校友會會員。)
Valid proxy forms must be deposited at the Registered Office (448 Wo Yi Hop Road, Kwai Chung, N.T.) at least 48 hours before the meeting.
(代表委任表格須於大會舉行時間至少 48小時前 送達校友會註冊辦事處：葵涌和宜合道448號。)
