【香港最新 HIV 數字｜近8成晚發現人士從未做過HIV檢測 】
衞生防護中心最新公布，2026 年上半年本港錄得 171 宗 HIV 感染個案，其中在有呈報感染途徑的個案中，99%經性接觸感染。
值得關注的是，近年新確診人士中，約 一半屬於晚發現；而當中接近 8 成過往從未接受 HIV 檢測。
衞生防護中心認為，其中一個原因可能是部分人士認為自己「風險低」，因此沒有及時測試和接受治療 。 因此建議，凡曾有性行為的人士，不論年齡和性傾向，都應至少接受一次 HIV 檢測；有較高感染風險的人士，更應定期檢測。

【Latest HIV Figures | Nearly 80% of Late Presentations Had Never Been Tested for HIV】
Hong Kong recorded 171 new HIV infections in the first half of 2026. Among cases with a reported route of transmission, 99% were acquired through s*xual contact.
A concerning trend is that around half of recent HIV diagnoses were made at late stage. Among these late presentations, nearly 80% had never taken an HIV test before.
The Centre for Health Protection recommends that everyone who has had s*x should take at least one HIV test, regardless of age or s*xual orientation.
