FabLab Library: A Story of Education, Technology, and International Collaboration
在尼泊爾的 Ankuran Playspace Waldorf School，一個新的學習空間正在悄悄改變孩子與青年的未來。這就是由 KRMEF 執行、Playspace 香港支持的 Fab Lab Library。
Fab Lab Library 啟動僅一個月，學生們已經開始動手操作 3D 打印機，嘗試設計與製造。他們的眼睛閃爍著好奇與興奮，因為這不僅是課堂上的新體驗，更是培養創造力與解決問題能力的重要一步。
在這個過程中，來自 Khahare 社區的七名畢業生正在接受培訓，準備成為未來的導師。他們的故事是一個可持續的模式：青年成長為導師，再帶動下一代，讓知識與技術在社區中不斷延續。
更令人感動的是，來自意大利的義務老師 Andrea Biffi 投入了專業指導。他跨越文化與國界，為 Fab Lab Library 的培訓建立了堅實的技術基礎。他的支持讓這個項目更具國際視野，也展現了教育合作超越國界的力量。
Fab Lab Library 的建立，讓現代科技與鄉村教育相遇，為尼泊爾的孩子和青年打開新的學習維度。這是一個教育、社區與科技結合的故事，也是一個正在持續擴展的國際合作旅程。
At Ankuran Playspace Waldorf School in Nepal, a new learning space is quietly transforming the future of children and youth. This is the Fab Lab Library, executed by KRMEF and supported by Playspace Hong Kong.
Within just one month, students have already begun working with 3D printers, experimenting with design and fabrication. Their eyes shine with curiosity and excitement, as this is not only a new classroom experience but also an important step in fostering creativity and problem-solving skills.
Meanwhile, seven graduates from the Khahare community are receiving training to become future mentors. Their journey represents a sustainable model: youth grow into mentors, who then inspire the next generation, ensuring that knowledge and technology continue to flourish in the community.
Even more inspiring, volunteer teacher Andrea Biffi from Italy has dedicated his expertise to the project. Crossing cultures and borders, he has built a strong technical foundation for Fab Lab Library training. His support brings an international perspective and demonstrates the power of educational collaboration across boundaries.
The FabLab Library brings modern technology into rural education, opening new learning dimensions for children and youth in Nepal. It is a story of education, community, and technology coming together — and a journey of international cooperation that continues to grow.
