The Hong Kong Youth Aviation Academy (HKYAA) is a charitable organization which aims at providing a balanced and structured programme focused on assisting potential Hong Kong youths in their pursuit of a professional career within the aviation industry. The objectives of HKYAA are:

1.To inspire young people by exploring different areas of aviation.

2.To promote aviation interests and the pursuit

of aviation knowledge.

3. To promote professions within the aviation industry.

4.To institute, establish and promote seminars, scholarships, grants, awards.

5.To provide a bridging programme between tertiary education and beginning a career in the aviation industry.

Cathay Pacific HKYAA Annual Aviation Programme: Application Update

A huge thank you to everyone who submitted their applications! We are thrilled by the incredible passion and enthusiasm for aviation shown by all the applicants.

Due to an exceptionally high volume of applications, our selection panel is introducing a second-round screening process. This ensures that every profile is given the detailed evaluation and care it deserves as we look for the next generation of aviation passionates.

Review Phase: The secondary screening is currently underway.
Results Release: We expect to announce the results and notify applicants by the end of July.
