Sino-Japan Youth Conference

Sino-Japan Youth Conference The Sino-Japan Youth Conference was founded by a Japanese alumni at Li Po Chun United World College.

It aims to promote mutual understanding and respect between the Sino-Japanese region with reference to the conflicts encountered from past to present. The conference itself is a week long and invites participants from Hong Kong, Japan, PRC, and Taiwan to com

e to Li Po Chun United World College. Throughout the week, they will discuss over Sino-Japanese issues from different perspectives, exchange cultures, learn soft skills in terms of critical thinking, media literacy, and conflict management, as well as understanding diplomatic relations. This page will be used as a means to promote the Sino-Japan Youth Conference and ultimately, the importance of maintaining Sino-Japanese relations.

Here is a fun fact about Howard — his SJYC journey actually began way back in 2019 when he joined us as a participant! Fast forward to today, and he has stepped up to the organizing committee to help run the show. He knows exactly what it takes to make the participant experience unforgettable because he has been there himself! 🌟

Behind the scenes, Howard is the absolute glue that holds our planning together. He is the one who magically untangles our messy timetables and perfectly structures our meeting notes so everyone knows what to do. His incredible eye for detail keeps the whole team on track, and we would honestly be lost without him! 📂💡
