Wood decay by fungi can lead to the deterioration of wood structure and strength. Timely identification and management are crucial for maintaining the health of trees and public safety. In this workshop and field trip, Dr. Alvin Tang, a distinguished mycologist and committed educator, will impart his valuable expertise on fungal identification and discuss possible mitigation strategies for disease management.
