urse is suitable for parents, teachers and professionals looking for a qualification in early years care and education, and wishing to specialise in the Waldorf approach to early childhood. The training course focuses on the knowledge, skills and practice of Steiner Waldorf early years education and investigates the therapeutic benefits of creative and artistic activity for both adult and child. The content includes working with a comparative study of early years education as well as the needs of a contemporary and international community. Our Level 4 Diploma in Steiner Waldorf Early Childhood Studies (Early Years Educator) is registered in HK, awarded by Crossfields Institute , UK and recognised by the International Association of Steiner Waldorf Early Years Education). It is also on Ofqual, UK as an official qualification to grant Early Years Educator status in Waldorf and Mainstream settings in UK. The aim of this qualification is to provide the learner with the expertise, skills and professional approach needed to be a Steiner Waldorf Kindergarten Teacher and Early Years Educator (EYE), and includes classroom based and placement hours. It is also suitable for parents wishing to understand child development and implement the approach at home in family life or in therapeutic settings.
