做緊呢份工嘅小編表示，呢份工作會讓你得到寶貴嘅活動策劃經驗，憑藉對村落認識及個人創意，可以自由發揮、策劃有趣嘅體驗活動，自己都可以藉參與唔同工作坊認識新嘅知識同技能。另外可以喺好靚嘅荔枝窩工作同免費留宿，同村民建立合作關係，深入了解佢地嘅生活；感受荔枝窩背山面水嘅地理位置，了解鄉村嘅價值同埋大自然對村民嘅重要性。喺荔枝窩過過夜後，就會明白佢獨特之處！
關於荔枝窩客家生活體驗村：
體驗村由15 間復修嘅客家村屋組成，致力於保育荔枝窩呢條擁有超過 300 年歷史嘅古村落。 復修屋保留咗傳統建築特色，其中11間取得法定賓館牌照，等大眾可以透過深度留宿，親身沉浸喺鄉村文化之中。
我哋嘅使命係存護傳統客家建築，建立一個可持續嘅教育基地，並為在地經濟創造機會。除咗住宿，我哋亦積極舉辦單日或留宿體驗活動，務求將客家智慧帶入現代生活。如果你都想投身呢個永續社區，為保育出一分力，我哋期待你嘅加入！
職位名稱： 活動策劃 (兼職)
工作地點： 油麻地辦公室 / 按需要前往荔枝窩
工作時間： 每星期兩天
工作職責：
活動設計： 為公眾及學生策劃並執行單日或過夜體驗式學習活動。
視覺傳達： 為活動設計海報及相關宣傳材料。
社交媒體： 在各個社交平台創作具創意的內容（包括帖文及 Reels）。
團隊協作： 與駐村團隊、村民及服務提供者保持良好溝通與合作。
行政與聯絡： 處理活動查詢、行政工作及記錄活動報告。
入職要求：
學歷： 持有地理、藝術、市場營銷或相關學科的大學學位。
經驗： 具 1-2 年活動策劃、項目管理或活動統籌經驗。
熱誠： 對本地鄉村文化、客家傳統及永續發展有濃厚興趣。
技能：
具備出色的溝通能力，能獨立處理工作。
能流利使用中英文溝通，並編寫雙語宣傳內容。
熟練使用 Canva 進行平面設計，並具備製作 Reels 的基本剪輯技巧。
交通： 能夠每月前往荔枝窩約 1-2 次。

About Lai Chi Wo Hakka Life Experience Village:
Our village is dedicated to the conservation and revitalization of this 300-year-old historic settlement. We have restored 15 traditional Hakka houses, preserving their original architectural style and transforming them into licensed guesthouses. This allows the public to immerse themselves in rural culture through deep-stay experiences.
Beyond accommodation, we curate various experiences to integrate Hakka wisdom into modern life. Our mission is to preserve traditional architecture, establish a sustainable education base, and create new opportunities for the local economy. Join us in building this sustainable community!
Job Title: Program Curator (Part-time)
Location: Yau Ma Tai office / Lai Chi Wo occasionally
Work Pattern: 2 days per week
Your Responsibilities:
Program Design: Curate and execute engaging one-day and overnight experiential learning programs for students and the general public.
Visual Storytelling: Design eye-catching posters and promotional materials for events.
Social Media Management: Create creative content (posts & reels) across all social media platforms.
Collaboration: Communicate and work closely with our in-situ team members, villagers, and service providers.
Admin & Engagement: Handle program inquiries, manage administrative tasks, and maintain program records/reports.
Your Qualifications:
Education: A university degree in Arts, Geography, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 1-2 years in program curation, project management, or event planning.
Passion: Deeply interested in local rural culture, Hakka heritage, and sustainability.
Skills:
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Proficient in speaking and producing bilingual content in both Cantonese and English.
Able to use Canva for graphic design and possess basic video editing skills for reels.
Mobility: Comfortable with traveling to Lai Chi Wo around 1-2 times per month.
