Dentice - Dentist-to-be, Service to thee

Dentice, being a sub-branch of Young Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon Group of Hong Kong (YOMS), comprises dental students sharing a mutual endeavour to serve. The service-based organisation was first established in 2014, with a vision of empowering the underprivileged communities for b
etter oral health by offering basic dental treatments and promoting dental knowledge. On top of local outreach projects, the team has ventured outside our comfort zone and embarked on service trips to Fujian, Guangxi, Kunming and Cambodia in the past few years. What lies ahead of us is a journey of lifelong learning, that equips us as a healthcare practitioner with knowledge, as well as a person with a heart to care, comfort and empathise.
