Learning Beyond Classroom - 2026 Dragon 100
What if a fruit farm could become a classroom for learning about investment, sustainability, and community development?
During the 2026 Dragon 100 Programme, delegates visited the renowned Driscoll’s Ranch in Lijiang, Yunnan, where they gained firsthand insights into large-scale agricultural operations and Driscoll’s approach to creating sustainable value through partnerships with local growers and communities.
Joscelin Joscelin from Hong Kong shared:
“Visiting the farm and facilitating the Q&A sessions for fellow delegates was a truly unique experience. As a corporate trainer, I gained valuable insights into how commercial success, community impact, and responsible leadership can go hand in hand, which aligns with what I work with my corporate clients.”
We are especially grateful to Driscoll’s Driscoll's for their warm hospitality and swift arrangements, which enabled our delegates to gain deeper insights into the theme of “Heritage in a Changing Economy” through a unique and enriching learning experience. 🐉
This visit demonstrated how meaningful exchange experiences can go beyond cultural exposure, connecting participants with real-world examples of business innovation, sustainable development, and responsible leadership in action. 龍傳基金
