From Weather Worries to Perfect Swings! 🏌️‍♂️✨
If you saw us checking the weather report every five minutes last week... no you didn‘t! 😅
The relief was huge when the weather turned absolutely perfect for our 龍傳基金 Charity Golf Tournament at Hong Kong Golf Club. I’m convinced it was the sheer enthusiasm of our players and donors (and definitely not an AI weather hack) that flipped the switch. 😎
Thank you all for making it such a meaningful and enjoyable day of fundraising!

🙌Leadership beyond border. From 100 Strangers to One Team: Join the Next “Dragon 100” in Yunnan, China
🌍Organising an outbound tour in China for 100 participants from across the globe is no small feat. Early on, I wondered: How will we find the dedicated leaders needed to guide a group this diverse?
🙂Looking back, the answer was already within our community. Our incredible Coordinators, who were once Delegates, didn’t just fly in and use their personal annual leave to volunteer—they became the heartbeat of the programme. From sacrificing sleep to engage with delegates, to facilitating deep, constructive dialogues, their impact was immeasurable.
🫡Watching these talented individuals interact was a masterclass in leadership. Whether collaborating seamlessly or fiercely debating different perspectives, they proved how valuable it is to practice leadership in a non-official, multicultural setting.
❤️ A massive thank you to all our coordinators, volunteers, and supporters. Your dedication made this journey unforgettable and set a powerful example for young ethnic Chinese professionals.
🚀 Ready to start your own journey?
If you want to experience a unique adventure in China filled with lifelong friendship, cultural exchange, and hands-on leadership growth, the door is open.
👉 [Sign up now as a Delegate this Aug] and take the first step. We can’t wait to welcome you back as a Coordinator in the future! ✨

🚀 Join the Journey: Become Our Next “Young Pride”
In the work report of an assurance and ESG professional, Jasper, he recalls his experience:

✨This work also builds on my experience at Dragon 100 (Christmas 2025), themed “Drops of the Future: Sustainability”. … an experience that further shaped how I approach ESG in practice today.✨

Thank you, Jasper, for such an incredible testimony! His dedication didn’t stop at reflection. Last year, he stepped up as a volunteer coordinator and truly elevated our programme’s value by co-conducting an exclusive ESG workshop alongside fellow alumnus, .

❤️What drives someone to dedicate so much of their time—even flying all the way from Australia to Hong Kong just to join our Greater Bay Area trip? We believe the answer lies in a profound commitment to a worthy cause: a deep desire to support the younger generation through the Foundation, a passion for utilising professional expertise to serve others, and a proud connection to his Chinese roots.

We are looking for like-minded young prides to join us for this year’s Dragon 100!

👍🏽Don’t miss the chance to experience a transformative journey in China, gain invaluable regional insights, and build a high-quality professional network that lasts a lifetime.

🌍 Finding Your Tribe: Where Global Citizens Connect

“I always felt like I didn’t truly fit in anywhere due to my complex, cross-cultural background. Dragon 100 became that space for global citizens where I finally felt I belonged.”

These are the words of , a past delegate who grew up across multiple countries and now works in a family office in Shanghai.

For many overseas delegates, reconnecting with their heritage can seem like a daunting step. But the “Dragon 100” is designed precisely for this journey. We aim to connect ethnic Chinese from across the globe, providing a platform to explore their roots and keep abreast of China’s dynamic, modern development.

Don’t miss the chance to find your global community and experience China from a completely new perspective.

Happy Birthday, DragoNation!

Today, we celebrate DragoNation Day 2026, a meaningful forum event led by Mr Dan Cheung, President of The DragoNation, supported by the Committee Members and helpers. Kudos to all former Presidents for connecting our alumni.

This year’s theme, “Inner Discovery in the AI Age,” invited us to reflect on how we can grow with technology while staying grounded in our values, identity, and sense of purpose.

In the thematic sharing, our alumna Ms Joker Rita, offered a timely reflection on how technology is shaping the way we think, work, and connect.

In the panel discussions, speakers including our alumna Ms Sally Cheung and other panelists from NGOs and social impact sectors, facilitated by alumni moderators Ms Sharon Lau and Dr Timothy Hassan, shared thoughtful perspectives on the importance of an inner compass and connections on future skills.

Alumni Ms Airy Cheung and Mr Kelvin Tsui further shared their change-making journey their their social enterprise in the “Human Library” session.

Ms Hsu Siu-man, Director of The Dragon Foundation and Executive Director of The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups, appreciated efforts of our alumni as the instinct to do well, to serve, and to contribute exists in all of us — for Hong Kong, for our country, and for the world. She also reminded us that every Dragon family member is a fellow traveller on this journey, walking together as one family.

It was truly heartwarming to see so many Dragon alumni coming together for this annual gathering, a powerful reminder of the lasting impact of The Dragon Foundation’s mission.
