With that in mind, ICE is committed to delivering quality learning experience to youth in Hong Kong by connecting them to our international community through workshops, camps and learning trips. The interaction between locals and inte

rnationals makes students more proactive in learning and proficient in intercultural communication.

經過10多年來的⽂化教育經驗，加上與超過來⾃80個不同國家的嘉賓的合作，我們致⼒將世界不同的⽂化知識帶到⾹港這個多元⽂化之軀，幫助更多的⾹港⼈認識並了解不同國家的⽂化，從⽽能夠培養出「世界公⺠」的觀念，共創⼀個多樣性、共融的環境。ICE為⼤眾提供⼀個可以全球進⾏學習的平台，更已經與近110間中⼩學、⼤學、以及不同⾮政府機構或企業合作，以促進於本地的跨⽂化溝通。

From sketching henna doodles to sharing deep group reflections over warm chai and samosas, it was a true celebration of creative problem-solving and community connection!

Through interactive global games and cultural exchange with guests, these future S1s stepped out of their comfort zones, built up their English-speaking confidence, and made new friends. They are officially ready to conquer secondary school! 💪🎒

What if the secret to a nation’s happiness was eating candy exactly once a week? 🇸🇪🍬

Meet Lördagsgodis (pronounced: Lord-dags-go-dis), Sweden’s beloved “Saturday Candy” ritual. Swipe through to see how it works! 👉

🪙 The Kid’s Savings Plan
For Swedish children, the excitement builds all week. They receive a small allowance and learn to save it specifically for Saturday morning—a sweet lesson in patience and budgeting.

🦷 The Surprising History
The origin is actually medical! In the 1950s, dental authorities wanted to fight a rise in cavities. Instead of banning sweets, they suggested a brilliant compromise: restrict sugar to one single day to give teeth a break.

👑 Not Just For Kids
You never grow out of this tradition. Every Saturday, you’ll see toddlers, teenagers, and grandparents standing side-by-side filling up bags from massive walls of pick-and-mix sweets.
