本會承蒙 香港賽馬會慈善信託基金資助，推行一個為期三年的「賽馬會家社護聯網」計劃。此全港性計劃目標旨在提高家長/家人對青少年隱蔽吸毒問題的關注、辨別和處理子女/家人隱蔽吸毒的能力。計劃的主要活動包括教育講座、參觀戒毒治療康復中心、家長義工團、家人工作坊、家人互助小組、個別輔導及家訪等。

計劃內容如下：
目標：
1. 在社區層面提高家人社群對青少年隱蔽吸毒問題的關注；
2. 裝備有高危行為人士的家人對辦別、介入和處理青少年隱蔽吸毒問題的知識、技巧和態度；
3. 協助有隱蔽吸毒者的家庭辨別、介入和處理家人的吸毒問題。

對象：全港的家長/家人

願景：期望幫助「家庭」這個社群，聯成安全網，發揮互相精神，保護子女/家人遠離毒品。
